“The two staff people interacted with or so friendly and kind. When I was trying to find another size for my online order which I picked up one of the staff members, a middle-aged lady, went out of her way to look for the size in store. When she couldn't find it she went to another staff member working the counter and explained the issue on my behalf, which was promptly resolved. I was really impressed with how kind they both were.”

“Sophie and Rohina are truly some of the best people I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with while shopping in Khaadi and overall in general! My mom and I came in last minute because we had a vacation coming up, and these two went above and beyond to help us find everything we needed.
We ended up buying over 30 pieces, and they were incredibly patient and helpful with every single item. They ran around the store helping us find outfits that matched, checking sizes and stock, looking for sale items, and making sure everything fit just right. They even kept the fitting room open for us and stayed way past closing time just to make sure we were completely taken care of.
They were so sweet and kind to both my mom and me, and their patience, dedication, and genuine kindness really stood out. They are so down-to-earth and made what could have been a stressful last-minute shopping trip such a great experience.
