Veterinary Emergency Services
465 Lee Highway, VeronaThey did such a wonderful job taking care of our kitty!
We brought him in because we knew something was wrong, but we weren’t sure what was going on. As soon as we got there, they took him straight to the back and got him examined. It turned out he had crystals in his urethra that were blocking him from being able to pee. Within an hour, they had him unblocked and on the road to recovery.
He ended up staying there for 48 hours so they could monitor him, and they took such great care of our little guy while he was there. They kept us updated and were so kind and compassionate through the whole process.
Everyone we dealt with was wonderful. You can tell they genuinely care about the animals they’re taking care of.
I hope you never have to need an emergency vet, but if you do, I would absolutely recommend them. Knowing our fur baby was in good hands made a really scary situation a little easier. We are so grateful to everyone who took care of our boy! ❤🐾

Animal Clinic of Verona
373 Lee Hwy, VeronaI went to the Animal Clinic of Verona and met Dr. Landry and his staff. My older cat had become very ill over a short period of time. Everyone in the office was very kind and compassionate. They were gentle with my cat and when he was put down they were very kind and supportive to me. When I am ready for a new companion pet I will definitely be coming back to this animal clinic. Their care for both pets and owners is outstanding.

Staunton-Augusta-Waynesboro Animal Shelter
1011 Lee Hwy, VeronaThe new location at the old Verona Elementary school was the best spot they could have found to move into. There is so much more space, things seem less stressed for the animals, and the staff seem happier. Lots of room for potential adopters to get to know the animals.
