“I just signed up with his bank today and I opened a brand new checking account. I found out about this bank in sort of an unusual way. While walking down P street in the city I noticed their ATM and I though hmmm I've never heard o such a bank. I had already known that so needed to open a new account and the sight of this ATM put my thoughts into action. A couple of days later, I came back to the same location of where the ATM however I soon discovered that there is no branch there. So I looked the place up online and found out yet again, there's really no branches anywhere, except for one! I thought to myself- This is perfect! I called first before I came to ye branch in Tyson's Corner. Get this- the person who I spoke with is the same person who is helping me setup the account some three hours later. Over never experienced that kind of service at any bank in my entire life. I have a good feeling that things will go well with my new account!”

However the staff and the mobile service really do try their best. This isn't really their fault. so I'm giving the bank 4 stars but the TD Bank corporation 3 stars”

“Tonight we were at Eagle Bank Arena at George mason university for my twin nieces high school graduation. I have to give kudos to Security in how they managed a large group of people. A fight did break out directly behind me between two people who did not see eye to eye on who should stand for the national anthem. Security handled it efficiently and quickly and nobody was hurt and the instigator was escorted out of the premises. It was sad because his family member I Recently moved to VA at the school and really could've used family support. I am beyond proud of my nieces who graduated with honors and numerous scholarships for the outstanding work they have done over the past four years.”

Last month, I personal received the letter from wells fargo bank informing me about account enclosure. At that time, I were struggling to find out the reasons. I decided to call in and made an appointment to have a banker to help me find out about this matter. Thankful to the staffs, they were very helpful. Even I would get the same answer nothing I could do much, but I were glad I stop by at the bank and asked them to help. There's always parking, although it's getting more scarce because Metro riders have been parking there. (I am sure they will take care of it soon). The only complaint is that sometimes one has to wait quite a while to get a banker as they don't have enough personnel. However, I have been going there since it opened and there is rarely much of a teller line.. perhaps at lunch time or after work. It has a drive through and 24 hour ATM service. And it's right next to McDonald's!”
