“Even though we ended up had to close all of our accounts, the entire family base on the corporate decision, but this wells fargo's branch had been taking a good care on us. Last month, I personal received the letter from wells fargo bank informing me about account enclosure. At that time, I were struggling to find out the reasons. I decided to call in and made an appointment to have a banker to help me find out about this matter. Thankful to the staffs, they were very helpful. Even I would get the same answer nothing I could do much, but I were glad I stop by at the bank and asked them to help.
