“Tonight we were at Eagle Bank Arena at George mason university for my twin nieces high school graduation. I have to give kudos to Security in how they managed a large group of people. A fight did break out directly behind me between two people who did not see eye to eye on who should stand for the national anthem. Security handled it efficiently and quickly and nobody was hurt and the instigator was escorted out of the premises. It was sad because his family member I Recently moved to VA at the school and really could've used family support. I am beyond proud of my nieces who graduated with honors and numerous scholarships for the outstanding work they have done over the past four years.”

“I had an unauthorized charge I needed to dispute on my account and did not look forward to handling it at my bank due to past experiences with other banks and “Karen-esque” attendants. These attendants always put the customer last- however this Christmas Eve to my Christmas surprise and delight, at my local Tyson’s PNC branch, a beacon of light and professionalism appeared- This manager, by the name of Farah, went above and beyond to hear out my frustrations and remedy the situation to a level higher than my own expectations. As a customer, It really demonstrated that having managers like Farah, can leave an imprint of positivity surrounding the brand they represent (PNC) and makes you want to take a minute to leave a review. 5 Stars”

“Everyone at this bank in Tysons has been wonderful except for one female banker. The tellers are always so friendly and KT, the manager, Milan, Osama and Brad have been great. I have all my accounts and mortgages there and they have spent hours helping me when I was hacked. There's always parking, although it's getting more scarce because Metro riders have been parking there. (I am sure they will take care of it soon). The only complaint is that sometimes one has to wait quite a while to get a banker as they don't have enough personnel. However, I have been going there since it opened and there is rarely much of a teller line.. perhaps at lunch time or after work. It has a drive through and 24 hour ATM service. And it's right next to McDonald's!”

“Even though we ended up had to close all of our accounts, the entire family base on the corporate decision, but this wells fargo's branch had been taking a good care on us. Last month, I personal received the letter from wells fargo bank informing me about account enclosure. At that time, I were struggling to find out the reasons. I decided to call in and made an appointment to have a banker to help me find out about this matter. Thankful to the staffs, they were very helpful. Even I would get the same answer nothing I could do much, but I were glad I stop by at the bank and asked them to help.
