I had a fantastic experience at the Bank of America financial center in Tyson, VA. Gjergji Kavaja was extremely professional and efficiently handled my issue. I was impressed by the excellent service and effective problem-solving. I highly recommend this branch for their outstanding customer service.

Maybe the old neg posts had their intended effect bc my recent experiences with this bank are positive — people coming by to check to see what I am trying to get done that day and if/how they may be able to assist. Everyone there is professional and friendly.
