Bicycle Shops near Vienna, VA

“The technician who fixed my front derailleur was knowledgeable, efficient and very pleasant to work with -- he's been working on bicycles in Vienna for many years, and is a precious resource in our community.”

“I wanted to test ride some recumbent trikes and this is one of the few local places where I could. You can schedule a time for a test ride so you don't have to wait around. Tim was there with a couple of nice models to try out. He was really knowledgeable and answered all my questions. No pressure at all just chill and easy. I decided on a Catrike model and ordered it that day. Now I can enjoy biking without back and leg pain! My wife loves riding it too! Thanks Tim and Vienna Bikes!”

“I had such a good experience at Vida Ciclista today. I came in near closing with no warning — just me and a truck full of a dusty, tangled pile of old bikes, most of them belonging to my dad before he suffered a brain injury. I was overwhelmed & unsure what was valuable, what was practical, but wanting to do justice to gear my dad had loved and cared for.

Alex (the owner) immediately stopped what he was doing and spent a bunch of time thoughtfully helping me untangle and sort through everything. Zero pressure — just deep knowledge, honesty, generosity, and obvious love for bikes and the people who ride them.

Alex helped me think through what made sense to keep, service, donate, or potentially sell. He recognized details instantly, caught that one vintage bike had mismatched wheels and identified the matching set in a pile of spare tires, talked me through making an older Moots comfortable for me to actually ride, and encouraged me not to rush to sell a beautiful LeMond before taking it out “to go whizzing around on a Saturday.”

Beyond the technical expertise, the whole interaction just felt deeply human. My dad was a serious cyclist before a sudden health decline changed his life completely, and for the first time since inheriting all this gear, the bikes stopped feeling like overwhelming remnants of a lost chapter and started feeling meaningful and alive again.

Falls Church is lucky to have a shop and small business owner like this. Vida Ciclista got a lifelong customer today.”

“I got my bike fitted by Robert today and had an amazing experience. As a female beginner, I was initially pretty intimidated and had previously had not-so-pleasant experiences at other bike shops, but Robert answered all of my questions with s
much patience and explained everything thoroughly while carefully looking at every detail. Highly recommend! Excited to ride my better fitted bike more.”

“I highly recommend Track bike store in Fairfax!
They are efficient , profession, and friendly , and they consistently
deliver quality work for a reasonable price. It’s a pleasure doing business with them.
I would definitely recommend Track Bike store in Fairfax to my friends !”

“Back in 2024 I picked up a Santa Cruz Blur CC from Bicycle Pro Shop. The experience was great and the bike is nothing short of amazing. I’m a fairly experienced person with working on my bikes, but was running short on time this year for some maintenance. I brought the Blur in for routine fork and shock maintenance. Turn-around time was great and the bike is running tip-top again. While I was there I ordered an endurance road bike - Cannondale Synapse Carbon 2 SmartSense. I just took delivery of that bike this week. The purchase experience was awesome. Did some in-store discussions and finished up over the phone. Bike was built quick (same day!) and the team assisted me with the initial fit and instructions on how to use all the gadgets this bike has. Kudos to Andre and the team there for the excellent service and responsiveness!”

“Bikenetic saved a Ride : )
Yesterday (2025.03.30), I had another awesome experience at Bikenetics.
Thanks to the first 70+ day weather of the year, I got ready for the first ride of the year only to notice a broken spoke on my rear wheel. So, I headed over to Bikenetic to drop-off my bike for repair. When I got there, Jan, the owner, took care of my bike immediately while explaining what he was doing. Maybe 15 mins or so later I was out the door with the broken spoke replaced in time to hit the W&0 for a 40+ miles ride in a gorgeous Spring DC evening weather.
Since, I purchased my beloved Bianchi back in 2021, I have had multiple similar good experiences at Bikenetics. So much thanks to Bikenetic and friendly staff. Best Wishes.”

“Great service and experience at Trek Springfield. I purchased a 2026 Marlin mountain bike and was happy with the representatives knowledge and appreciate the time spent with me to answer my questions and help me decide which bike was right for me. I also like that the store services other makes. Trek Springfield prepared our road bikes (both Cannondales) for the spring season last year.”

“Brought my son's bike today to get tuned up for the spring season. If you buy a bike here, they offer free tune ups for life! Everyone in the store today was warm and friendly. A+ for their customer service. I highly recommend this store! It's refreshing to meet people who care about their work and offer their very best no matter how small the job.”
