The staff is amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, personable, patient, and caring. They make you feel safe, comfortable, and at ease, explaining everything in detail with no pressure. They offer great customer service, help choose jewelry, advise on placement, and troubleshoot any piercing issues. Their inventory features an amazing selection of lovely, high-quality jewelry, ranging from affordable to expensive. Each visit is a pleasure and a great experience, highly recommended.
I have had a few piercings done here and I’ve had an amazing experience every time. The studio is clean, the staff/piercers are incredibly thoughtful and kind, and the jewelry is always excellent quality. Every single piercing I’ve gotten done at Brilliance so far has healed beautifully. Highly recommended.

I went to Valerie for my daith. I have bad anxiety with piercings. She was extremely kind and comforting and took the time to walk me through each step. It hurt a lot less than I thought it would. Piercing came out beautifully. 10/10 reccomend.

Favorite piercing shop in the area. They are clear about their policies and highly communicative. They truly care about your experience and making sure you get your dream jewelry. I wish more apppintments for shopping were available!
