The store provides excellent customer service, including helpful assistance over the phone and cashiers who inform customers about BOGO deals. Checkout typically offers quick service with short wait times. The store features a very large parking lot shared among several businesses, usually with spaces available, and is accessible from two roads. It is also conveniently located near a metro station. For many, it is a favorite store to visit, known for all the new shoes and releases, where shoppers often spend an hour or two trying on many pairs.
