I bought these non slip work shoes from here only to find the nonslip was fake. I tried them at work and slipped like they were tennis shoes. Waited 45 minutes just for the guy behind the desk to tell me my work shoes I tried on once looked worn and he would need to refuse the return.

This is what you receive when you order shoes from this company. Not only is the box damaged, the shoes are clearly worn and covered in hair and dirt. Absolutely unacceptable.

I purchased online a pair of shoes, and agreed to pick up at the store. DSW delivered to a store 1 hour away and when I got there, to my surprise, the wrong size. I wasted 2 hours.

So I have been going to this store for years and never had any issues. When trying to buy a pair of Nikes I was told that I had to buy the shoes before being able to try on both shoes together. Is that a new policy? Just curious because I have never had an experience like that at this DSW or any of there other locations in the area.

This store is so big with so many options to choose from! I’ve been going here, mostly, for my shoe needs and typically find what I’m looking for pretty quickly. The shoes are organized by type and then style, rows and rows to look through. There’s a fairly decent clearance section in the back, but they don’t usually have my size back there since I wear a small size 6. You can find shoe accessories, like socks and padded insoles, here, as well as other related accessories, such as handbags and belts. I’ve only had to wait in line five or so minutes at times and usually experience quick service when checking out. In my experience, the cashiers provide excellent customer service and let you know about BOGO deals you may have missed.You can find a very large parking lot here that’s shared among several businesses, but which usually has spaces available, sometimes in the very back. You can access the parking lot from both Rt. 7 and Gosnell Rd. If you’re coming by metro, this store is conveniently located near Greensboro metro station along the Silver Line.

Me and my friend this is one of our favorite stores to go to we were at t.j. Maxx waiting on another friend that was at the doctors and we decided to go in here Knowing damn well that we were going to end up being there for at least an hour or two which was exactly correct between all of the new shoes and releases and all of their sales reps all the way in the back of the store that's how long it usually takes I tried on probably 30 pairs of shoes that day and ended up buying a pair of Adidas flip flops still one of our favorites and will always continue to go
