“I dropped my computer with my usb attached to it and the driver stopped showing up on the computer; however, I was able to get the data salvaged the same day it happened. Very fortunate to have a professional recover my data without much hassle or cost. Prior to finding this place, other tech businesses I called seemed to be less time efficient and complicated because they did not have an in-house technician. Highly recommend, friendly staff and time-efficient.”

If you need help or have any questions they’re pretty cool about it.I thought I left my remote control at their place when I took my TV home. Nope it was in the box. They know better!”

“I had two CD players serviced with excellent results. The service was great, with good communication and very reasonable pricing. They were even kind enough to deliver the repaired product to my home. One note is that the store photo of the location on Google map is a bit inaccurate (at least as of July 2023). It is close by so simply call the shop if uncertain. I'm happy to recommend and will certainly be using their services again whenever needed.”

“I have an iPhone 12 Pro that is starting to enter the “is it time to upgrade?” stage so naturally I thought that a charging port issue was due to wear and tear. But thankfully I brought my phone to iTouch repair because they saved me $$$ !! Yeah, weird, an honest business that is ACTUALLY helpful right?? But it’s true. Rather than tell me to get the charging port fixed, they told me to simply clean it out with the right tools and it should charge easily once all the dirt and dust is scraped out. And just like magic, my phone was able to quickly connect to the cable without having to wiggle it around to find the connection like I’ve been doing since the summer. Felt like an idiot but thankful for Camila and her integrity.”
