Within 1 day of contacting Richard: he was able to pick up my computer, identify my problem (a component on my power supply had burnt out and was creating a burning smell), replace my power supply, reorganize my airflow and cables, and return it to me. Never have I experienced this level of convenience with such a professional as this. I will definitely be contacting Richard again if I have any future issues with my PC or if I need any upgrades!”
“I had two CD players serviced with excellent results. The service was great, with good communication and very reasonable pricing. They were even kind enough to deliver the repaired product to my home. One note is that the store photo of the location on Google map is a bit inaccurate (at least as of July 2023). It is close by so simply call the shop if uncertain. I'm happy to recommend and will certainly be using their services again whenever needed.”

The screen I have from iTouch is only slightly off the original Apple screen. I don't think an Apple screen would have been better and for 50% off the price, I am very happy. iTouch were very responsive, calling me right away to confirm my appointment.
