“I had two CD players serviced with excellent results. The service was great, with good communication and very reasonable pricing. They were even kind enough to deliver the repaired product to my home. One note is that the store photo of the location on Google map is a bit inaccurate (at least as of July 2023). It is close by so simply call the shop if uncertain. I'm happy to recommend and will certainly be using their services again whenever needed.”

The screen I have from iTouch is only slightly off the original Apple screen. “Dropped off a 65 incher. They had it fixed in 2 weeks and now it’s in my bedroom.Significantly cheaper than buying a new tv. If you need help or have any questions they’re pretty cool about it.I thought I left my remote control at their place when I took my TV home. Nope it was in the box. They know better!”

“I had leaking water from my kitchen which damaged the drywall ceiling in my rec room downstairs. The source is either the dishwasher or the water supply line. Mr H. Q. searched for leaks by pouring water from buckets and running the DW to eliminate the water supply in the diagnostic. He determined the DW was not leaking. This result is critical to proceed with further problem solving. He was patient and thorough, applying critical thinking and consultation. He was also very pleasant with good communication. Job well done! 5 stars!”
