Efficient and quiet. It's like going into a Library! They now have scanners so you can just scann prepaid packages and a receipt gets printed out. EASY!

My experiences with FedEx and Vienna, Virginia is sending packages. Some packages required that they be boxed up. The representative was very courteous and answered all my questions.
