“PAC gets 5 stars in my book! Let me start with saying I don’t normally write reviews but wanted to share my experience for others that might be looking for a great gym. I started attending the Bootcamp at PAC a couple of months ago and love it! My daughter who has attended PAC crossfit for a couple of years has always raved about it. When I told her that I was looking to add HITT to my workout routine she encouraged me to give PAC a try. My experience has exceeded expectation. The staff are always friendly, positive, engaging and knowledgeable. I like that the coaches work with everyone at their own fitness level. In my case I have a couple of old injuries that I did not want to re-injury. I appreciate that the coaches are always there to correct my form or offer modifications when necessary. There is a mix of young and not so young that attend which is great. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The total body workout, cardio, great instruction, motivation, and community = 5 stars in my book! Absolutely love PAC! Added bonus - they have showers and offer Red Light Therapy”

“I normally don’t enjoy exercising, but since I started training here I truly love their method. Coach Kennedy is amazing—she is always supportive and helps correct my form since I’m still new and learning. I’ve been coming for almost two weeks and my experience has been wonderful so far. Thank you to the entire team for your professionalism and positive attitude. The front desk staff are also incredibly kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this place”

All the coaches are excellent and the sales staff makes you feel comfortable whether it’s your first or 200th class! “I like going to this gym for many reasons but don't like that the trainer(s) don't wipe the machines after use. It's bad gym etiquette on their part, and it's being passed on to others. I also wish an effort was made in putting weight plates away - gym goers or staff if user don't put them away”

“We have been with this club for four years now. The entire coaching team genuinely cares about the kids and want to see them meet their personal goals as divers. The most experienced coaches don’t hesitate to share techniques with newer coaches and this cross training has provided the club with tremendous depth. While the club was experiencing some growing pains when we first joined, the adjustments made over the last 2 years have helped provide more divers with access to the competition teams. The environment I have observed has been safe, positive and supportive. I have watched both my children grow both athletically and personally because of the influence their coaches have had on them. Also, the friendships they have developed within the club will, no doubt, last a lifetime.”

“I had a small issue with my membership activation on day one, it took around 20 minutes to resolve because of system delay. The staff stayed calm and handled it politely, which reduced my frustration. After that, everything went smoothly. Equipment variety is okay for full-body workouts. Not super fancy, but enough to build a solid fitness routine without feeling limited.”
