With my father having an advisor in NY state, I randomly found Mr. Jones to help me settle up my late dad's accounts and deal with the paperwork.Couple agents at other firms, didn't even take the time to call me back. “Even though we ended up had to close all of our accounts, the entire family base on the corporate decision, but this wells fargo's branch had been taking a good care on us. Last month, I personal received the letter from wells fargo bank informing me about account enclosure. At that time, I were struggling to find out the reasons. I decided to call in and made an appointment to have a banker to help me find out about this matter. Thankful to the staffs, they were very helpful. Even I would get the same answer nothing I could do much, but I were glad I stop by at the bank and asked them to help. Everything went smoothly, all accounts closed with the cashier check handy which took us less than 30 mins. Thank you for your support.”
