Went to the bank to have a signature notarized before bank closes. Was told the only notary in the bank doesn’t have his notarize kit with him. Why would anyone go to work without the very equipment to do his job??

Banking with this company is like stepping back to 1972. You can do almost nothing online, and the "portal" they do have is horrendous. Customer service is terrible. The answer for everything is "visit a branch." Don't bank with this company if you have other options...
