Been banking at BBT from 40 years ago until it became Truist. Truist closed their Reston branch. No one picks up the phone at the Maple Ave branch; I left several messages. Been trying to reach them since a month ago. If they don’t care about the customer, then how well are they taking care of your money? Their website says make an appointment which is a gimmick bc the menu does not work. Worst bank ever and worst customer service. I hope they close down. In the meantime I am looking for a new bank. Go here only if you don’t care for your money either.Update: are they closing? Service is at its worst!

Bad customer skills, the woman named Muzhgan acts so arrogant and disgusting, never do business with Truist again! Don't even deserve 01 star!

Yeah these customer feedbacks are pretty consistent. I brought my 15 year old daughter to open a simple checking acct. We walked in and the lady told us we’ll have to wait after telling her we’re just here to open a simple checking account and she confirmed we had all of the docs needed. We ended up waiting 45 mins so we just walked out. Came back that Saturday morning just to tell me that I was missing one document that she didn’t tell me bring from the previous visit. After 2 attempts and bad customer service and attitude, I ended up going to Navy Fed that only took 10 mins to open an account! Go here for the ATM, but not for anything customer service related bc you’ll get none!

Called this Truist and the middle eastern lady that answers is always negative and has an attitude and never tries to help. She says “ I’m going to transfer you “ and then hangs up on you. Terrible customer service.

Don’t go there. Service is just horribleYou schedule appointment and no one is available when you comeNo one remember that you scheduledApplied for the loan consolidation and they didn’t even tried for me. Bank on Nutley and Maple had such a good people. But closed.Said too much depth (like after COVID no one has)I had pay stabs and and all income informationDidn’t suggest even what to do.

Went threw a death in the family and was the beneficiary of the will and testament. I went to this bank with all the information to close of the account. Jenner froze the account up locked all the credit cards up and told use he wasn't going to help. When we submitted all the information they wanted. Now they are saying that we need to file etc and they are charging us interest on all the accounts/cards! They even closed the accounts that had over $5,485 in it and told use there was no money when we confirmed there was online!! This company is trash say away they will steal your money. Now we have to get a lawyer and sue them... P.O.S

the bank mishandled my last deposit. the deposit was delayed over a week. 10 days later the deposit slip was returned to me in an envelope from fairfax county regional park authority. apparently they sent it to a different customer. when contacting the bank i got the run around and failure to acknowledge fault. i guess mishandling customers money is standard procedure at Suntrust.
