Called this Truist and the middle eastern lady that answers is always negative and has an attitude and never tries to help. She says “ I’m going to transfer you “ and then hangs up on you. Terrible customer service.

Sooo terrible, new bank, 25-35 minute telephone wait times to talk to someone about your account, the worst customer service of all time.
