I had a great experience at the Vienna UPS store! The associate Andrew was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure all my needs were met with professionalism and kindness. The other team member was also very friendly and they both went out of their way to provide excellent service. Overall, both of them made my visit smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this location for their outstanding customer service!

I don’t always take the time to leave a good review but this store deserves it. I will intentionally make the trek across town to go to this UPS, because I know I will be treated so well. I started coming here over 2 years ago after a couple bad experiences at the Vienna post office and I will never go back there again. Just a couple examples of why I love this place so much:
-The store manager is one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. You can tell his employees feed off of his energy because they are just as helpful and kind as he is. One time last year after a bad online shopping experience, I had to return a 120 lb package. The store manager saw me trying to unload and came outside to help me to bring it in. He pretty much carried it all by himself.
-Even today, there was a long line, but the store manager came right up to me and greeted me and helped me with what I needed immediately.
This is the best store, they always make shipping an easy experience and you’ll always be greeted with a smile and a hello, even if you’re at the back of the line. It’s no wonder why they’re always so busy.

I recently turned 18 and my parents wanted me to sign and notarize some documents giving them the ability to make medical decisions on my behalf. I went to the Oakton UPS store and at the time I did not understand how witnesses worked and so I didn't mention that I needed them so the worker only notarized the last page and then charged me $10. I think he was just trying to get out of doing work. This is unlike the Vienna store which explained everything to me and then set up an appointment for later because they didn't have enough witnesses. That subsequent appointment went so fast and was so friendly. So to anyone attempting to notarize documents go to the Vienna store and not the Oakton one.

Francesco is the man. I had an important package get delayed in a storm, and initially feared the worst. But speaking to Francesco, he was checking on the package and giving me clear info about what exactly was going on every day during the delay, and I felt like I was in safe hands and would be told if anything was truly wrong. After the package was delivered he gave me a call to confirm that the recipient got it alright. 5 stars customer service and diligence
