“I recently ordered a box of mangoes and few other products from Aditi Spice Depot in Vienna, and I couldn’t be happier! The mangoes were incredibly tasty and perfectly ripe, and my whole family thoroughly enjoyed them. Every bite was full of flavor, and it was clear that quality and care go into their products. Kudos to the team at Aditi Spice Depot for delivering such a delightful experience—I’ll definitely be ordering from them again!”

“I visited the Costco gas station last week, and I had a very good experience. The fuel prices were lower compared to other stations nearby, and the lines moved quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the area was clean and well-organized. I especially liked how fast I was able to fill up my tank. I would definitely recommend this gas station to anyone looking for good service and great prices.””

“Was out of town and went to a Costco in Reston area. Saturday afternoon on sunny day. Wow, extremely busy, hard to find parking despite the big lot. Inside extremely crowded, despite the store size, hard to get around with all the people. Selection of product and orices was good. Store was clean and uncluttered except for people. Checkout lines were 7-9 peoole deep, but for a busy day, not all the checkouts were open... hard to understand this. Could not find employees on the floor to answer questions. But did find one, who's answer was to check with customer service... I just wanted to know if they carried a product and where it might be. All in all good store, good prices... but avoid busy times... Simply to crowded.”

“The pizza and strawberry milkshake at this place are truly fantastic! The pizza has an excellent texture, with perfectly stretchy cheese, making every bite satisfying. The strawberry milkshake is also top-notch, with a balanced sweetness, rich strawberry flavor, and smooth texture, making it very refreshing. Highly recommended for all pizza and milkshake lovers!”

“Costco may be jammed pack for the Holiday season but occasionally you see a great find and today was Godiva chocolates for a box just over $12. Now that is a steal. The limit is 10 and guess how many I bought?”

“I biggest issue with Costco is their product marketing processes. They keep moving things around to the point that you can't always find what you're looking for without walking the entire store. I understand that retail operations move products around from time to time so customers can”

“AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Que truly made everything go smooth. I was that person that called 13 minutes after they opened hoping they had a tire for my car. Woke up to it completely flat. Que’s upbeat positive attitude made things so much less stressful, he was quick and kept a smile on his face. He needs a raise!! We need more people like him! Truly an amazing person!”

“I never write bad reviews, this is the first time. Our restaurant has been ordering from them for the past ten years. They were great, until recent change of ownership. The new owner increased the minimum for delivery. Some of the items are $7-$10 more than other suppliers. Charging the same price for poorer quality. The new owner is very greedy.”

“I've ordered curbside pickup from this site twice, and got the same guy each time. He is sooo helpful and friendly. Really loves helping people. Today I purchased a big order or random things and he helped me pack it in my car so neatly and efficiently. I'm so thankful. I wish that young man much success and happiness in life. He's a gem. Go pickup your orders around 3pm. You won't be disappointed.”

“Hands down, the cleanest BJ’s I’ve ever visited. As usual the shelves were fully stocked and straight as an arrow. There wasn’t a random piece of trash on the floor, this place was truly spotless. The prices were reasonable, and the staff was professional, friendly and courteous. Bakery items were fresh, and the deli side was full of high quality items and the customers service was next level.”

“I had the pleasure of speaking with Fausto (Service Mgr.) concerning some hard to find tires for my Porsche. Not only was he friendly and patient, but he was very knowledgable and kind. He spent several minutes explaining the difference between the tires and which was preferred for my vehicle. He's the greatest and thank you for going the extra mile for BJ's customers. Kudos to Fausto!!!!”

“I had taken my car in for a yearly check up and the mechanics there noticed that I had a nail in one tire and damage to another tire. Because I still has a warranty on my tires from BJs, I took my car there to see how much it would cost me to repair my tires. When I arrived at BJs there was only one worker, Oumer, but they were busting their butt to make sure everyone was helped in a timely manner. Oumer also showed care for me as a customer by testing the issues the previous mechanic had pointed out. And thank goodness he did because both of my tires ended up being completely fine! Another tire rep may have simply replaced the tires to be done with it. BJs tire management -- Oumer is a great worker and I hope you know how lucky you are to have him! However, while I waited, several people commented on how the tire center often only has one employee there to service cars and tend to customers. This is unacceptable. Especially given the fact that people also drop into the tire center for propane. To make sure you don't burn your employees out, I'd recommend having at least two people present in the shop.”

“After seeing a lot of rough experiences in the reviews I was worried because the service seemed hit or miss, but I had a pleasant experience. I got a new set of tires for my Toyota Corolla at a reasonable price; I ordered them in person where they said it could take anywhere from 2-5 days to arrive, but the next day they called to let me know the tires had already arrived. When they called me it was very easy to set an appointment for the same day, and when I came in for my appointment they completed the service fairly quickly (only about 45 minutes). The only setback for me was that they never seem to answer the phones (I also watched them ignore the phones when I was there in person), so if you have any kind of question you’d have to go in person and wait in line because even when I let the phone ring it automatically disconnects after 3 minutes of waiting.”
