“Parking is a hellscape, but if it isn't, is it really a Costco ?? Otherwise, this is a solid, reliable shop -- been my main store for over a year and maybe once or twice the item I'm shopping for isn't there/sold-out, so that a major win in my book. Don't see a lot of food /products demo, but maybe I'm not there at the time. Overall, very clean, long lines for check-out, but super quick line time, nonetheless. Highly recommend. P.S. they have gas at this location! Totally worth it!”

“While clearly oriented on contractors, the staff is always more than willing to take time, learn about some small project I got and help me find the right parts for the job. It's a great place to shop! unlike a Lowe's or HD, the staff actually knows what they are talking about. It's a bit more expensive than a HD type store but price is more than worth it in the customer service & experience.”

“A good place for buying Asian food prep for restaurant. You have to have a bussiness lisence to be a member. First time will be hard to find thing since most of the stuff are in boxes. This is pretty much the same type as restaurant depot, but have a lot more asian food items. So much cheaper than Cosco and BJ,and also no tax since you have a bussiness lisence.”

“The store, products and service are on par. I'm subtracting one star for their parking lots which are a total cluster****. Watch out when walking or driving around the blind corners. Look out for cars speeding through the lot . This location is pretty much in the middle of an intersection so proceed with caution. Other than that it's my go to Costco.”

“A hidden gem.They have a great selection. However, the store is a little run down, and somewhat messy and disorganized. Additionally, as I was comparing prices between BJs and other bulk-buy and department stores, I didn't notice significant savings.That aside, if you want to avoid the chaos associated with other bulk-buy stores, BJs is a great alternative, especially if you are looking for a decent selection of “plant-based” items!”

I came in to the store during the rush (2hrs before closing) and Aubrey, the tire expert/technician, went above and beyond by ensuring I ordered the right tires. He patiently walking me through the steps to order them and helping me find the correct tire sizes and type. Above all, I was impressed with how Aubrey operated during the busy rush. He worked fast while remaining calm. Also, he was respectful and made sure to meet each one of our different needs. He makes coming to the store inviting and reassures that our cars are in good hands. You have a wonderful addition to your team!”

“Shopping here for years, and I’ve gotta give a huge shoutout to the amazing to the team from customer service to stocking area.Every time I’ve dealt with Crust, Warda, Michell, Rosemary, and more young lady (dont remember the name but she is usually helping at checkout around noon) the issue was quickly resolved and the experience is consistently top-notch. “I have received the absolute best service today. I called last night as I was having issues at BJ’s club in capital heights, md for a tire replacement. Frank told me to come in today after 2pm. I arrived a bit earlier and when I say they got me in and started my paperwork right away. Frank explained the warranty on my tires and then some. He was also able to provide me with the corporate number to file a complaint at the other location. I’m beyond happy and satisfied with the service. I’m definitely coming back here for future services of my tires. Sadly, Frank is leaving and I wish him the best of luck on his future endeavors.”
