“I had taken my car in for a yearly check up and the mechanics there noticed that I had a nail in one tire and damage to another tire. Because I still has a warranty on my tires from BJs, I took my car there to see how much it would cost me to repair my tires.
When I arrived at BJs there was only one worker, Oumer, but they were busting their butt to make sure everyone was helped in a timely manner. Oumer also showed care for me as a customer by testing the issues the previous mechanic had pointed out. And thank goodness he did because both of my tires ended up being completely fine! Another tire rep may have simply replaced the tires to be done with it.
BJs tire management -- Oumer is a great worker and I hope you know how lucky you are to have him! However, while I waited, several people commented on how the tire center often only has one employee there to service cars and tend to customers. This is unacceptable. Especially given the fact that people also drop into the tire center for propane. To make sure you don't burn your employees out, I'd recommend having at least two people present in the shop.”

“Visiting this place is always an adventure because of how massive it is and the sheer variety of things you can find. It is the best spot to stock up on everything from giant packs of snacks to household essentials, which really helps with planning ahead. The food court is a must-visit for a quick and very affordable bite after finishing all that walking through the wide aisles. Even though it can get incredibly crowded, especially on weekends, the checkout lines move surprisingly fast because the staff is so efficient. It feels like you always discover something new and unexpected every time you walk through the doors.”
“My visits here are always quick and easy. I tend to come when I know that the store wont be super busy. I tend to visit when the store is near closing time or during lunch time during the week but always have the best results in the evening around 6/7pm. Weekends are always super crowded and packed. There have been occasions where I have called ahead of time to see if they had stuff in stock and they were able to help out and let me know if the item was in stock or if it was even sold in this location. I have always had a easy time visiting this location for whatever I may need to purchase and have always been happy with the customer service they provide.”
“The parking is wacky. Make sure you get your ticket validated by the sullen men who cant leave their booths by the costco entrance.
The food court could use a little more care but what are you gonna put up with for a $1.50 hotdog?”

They also have a decent selection of Korean instant ramen (which is really what gets them the 5 stars in my book, since I don't have to go all the way to a specialty store). “I never write bad reviews, this is the first time. Our restaurant has been ordering from them for the past ten years. They were great, until recent change of ownership. The new owner increased the minimum for delivery. Some of the items are $7-$10 more than other suppliers. Charging the same price for poorer quality. The new owner is very greedy.”

“I always love to visit Costco. Tire people told me that tire rotation and balance may take 5-6 hours as I don't have appointment. They are able to finish in 2 hours.”

“Have purchased tires for both of my vehicles from this location. For best service, order your tires online. You will be notified when they are in stock and then set your appointment. Again, for best service, recommend you get a 10 a.m. appointment time. Like any service (including physician offices) the later in the day, the more likely they will be running behind because unforeseen issues with someone else's car. Out the door prices cannot be beat, and service is NOT what Costco is best known for, though I have not had any issues with tires, appliance delivery or in store assistance when needed.”

As much as I am an understanding individual, it pains me when folks take whatever is going on in their lives out on someone not deserving of that. The level of disrespect in today's simple phone call is not called for. Find another line of work if you're not going to make an attempt to offer customer service. I could have called back, spoken to a manager or supervisor and had you get in trouble, but you're already troubled sharing your bad attitude with the world. I can't imagine what your coworkers have to go through working alongside you. I'll probably go to another store from now on. They still have great folks who work here, but you on the phone.....take your misery elsewhere please.
It's for businesses only, not open to the public...but some people bring they whole family in here. Kids, uncles, grandparents and all....prices are fair. Quality is above par. Service is ok, most customers are jerks. Staff is somewhat friendly. It can get very busy in here...parking is a nightmare. Half the people driving make you question who gave them a license.”

“Hands down, the cleanest BJ’s I’ve ever visited. As usual the shelves were fully stocked and straight as an arrow. There wasn’t a random piece of trash on the floor, this place was truly spotless. The prices were reasonable, and the staff was professional, friendly and courteous. Bakery items were fresh, and the deli side was full of high quality items and the customers service was next level.”
