“My repairs started with an employee that is no longer with the company. Little communication happened for over a month, and not getting return calls. I finally heard from Jay who informed me the original person was no longer with them. Jay unfortunately inherited the mess the other employee caused and also inherited my frustration and me losing my cool which I don't normally do. Jay was patient and understanding the entire time when he would have had every right to hang up on me or be rude to me. If Jay had not taken over my repairs, I could have been given back an unsafe vehicle. When I went to pick up my vehicle and apologized, Jay was still nothing but pleasant and even made jokes. I'm very thankful my vehicle ended up in the right hands and everything this place did for me.”

“I wish I had some before pictures to show how good of a job they did. Paint matched perfectly and looks as if nothing happened. Went here based off a recommendation from my insurance and will definitely be going back for any other body work needs and will definitely recommend.
Seamless estimate and payment between them and my insurance company. They quoted me a date it would be ready and stuck to it. Showed up on the quoted day to my truck fully washed and ready to go.

“I often believe that it's not how you do your job that matters, but how you do it when something goes wrong. Rico, the manager, was exceptional. Our windshield was replaced beautifully but unfortunately when the tape was removed, so was some paint. However Rico was so quick to respond and helped coordinate (and pay for) the entire repair.
Things happen. They don't always go as planned, but when you make it right for the customer, it speaks volumes about a business. Thank you Rico! Job well done!”
