Professional! Knowledgeable! Efficient! Engaging! The issue was with a biller in auto pay, not with HomeTrust Bank. I spoke with Julie, and she resolved the issue in one call. HTB ALWAYS puts their customers first! If you are considering a new banking institution, put HTB on the top of your list!

I have visited all the local branches and Hometrust has top employees. Everyone is always so friendly. I have been with Hometrust for years and it's the BEST bank I have dealt with in the Roanoke Valley.

They are out of temporary debit cards until June 2 so I have to go almost a week without being able to access my account

I am writing this review after several visits - and each time I had an outstanding experience at this branch of Hometrust Bank ! The customer service has been exceptional. Everybody is helpful, welcoming and cheerful!
A special shoutout to Collin, who has always gone above and beyond to assist me with my banking needs (Including following up with their back office on my behalf, several times). His understanding and friendly demeanor made the process so much easier.
Additionally, I am impressed by the support provided by another employee - while I don't remember her name (she's the one who also speaks Spanish), she has been helpful as well - making sure I understood everything clearly. It’s great to see such a commitment to customer service !
I recommend this branch for anyone looking for a friendly and professional banking experience.

I make frequent visits to the HTB in Vinton, VA and have always received excellent service. The staff are friendly, polite and very efficient. I have never had any complaints in the several years I have been a customer!
