“1st time using this facility and was immediately impressed... Cleanliness of the Laundromat was/is next level impeccable... Met a couple of really nice people to talk to while washing/drying... Ms. Lynn was there cleaning even though it didn't look like it needed it... She was super nice and informative about an upcoming special they are running Nov. 15th and 16th... Double your money while loading your card... HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LAUNDROMAT...!!!”

If ever you need something or have any kind of issue you can definitely count on the owner Mike to take good care of you and do what he can to assist in any way possible. It’s very apparent he cares genuinely about doing the right thing and providing good customer service which isn’t easy to find and why I absolutely recommend coming here! “These people are AMAZING!!! I’ve been using them for about 2 months now. I saw a review about the starching of jeans and was concerned as my husband’s jeans must be starched HEAVILY as a welder. I decided to give them a shot anyway because they are a small local company and what’s a few bucks but let me tell you, I couldn’t be happier! Every pair we’ve taken in have been stiff as a board at pickup and need to be pried apart with a screw driver, literally standing on their own. They are SUPER friendly, we’ve gotten to know the staff well and enjoy our conversations. They LOVE when we bring our dogs to visit, they recognize our car and have a treat in hand when we pull up, they even call our dogs by their names. There can’t be enough said about choosing local companies.”

“Hands down best in town. I’ve brought her multiple items to alter and repair and she’s been wonderful.
Items have range from hemmed pants, to fixed zippers, to long sweaters taken in and sleeves taken up, lining of a dress stitched down, elastic added to hems of pants for a sweat pant look, and elastic added to the back of a dress taken in so I can slide it on but it still fits around the waist.
Sad to be moving out of VA and unable to use her anymore :(”
“Very clean, quiet atmosphere. TV, chairs, baskets & tables to use. All equipment is clean and in working condition. I did meet the woman who cleans there (in the evening) about a week ago & she was super-sweet. The 7-11 next door is very convenient (busy but had the staff to cover). Would i go here again? Absolutely!”

“My adult children and grandchildren were injured badly in a car accident. They are all blessed to be alive. We live a little over two hours from Roanoke. Two of my family members had to be flown into Memorial. I left home quickly I order to be with my family but only took three changes of clothing. I ran out of clean laundry on Wednesday. The first laundry with high reviews said they could have my clothes ready on Friday. Yeah Right. When I spoke to the kindest gentleman at Wheeler’s he worked me in and had my clothes fresh and clean the same day by 2:00. On top of that, this gentleman said I had enough on me and would not accept payment. I can’t recall the last time a stranger has shown such simple compassion. There is a higher reviewed laundry just two buildings away but this business made time for me when I really needed someone to help. Thank you so much for your kindness. I am grateful.”

“Love this cleaners! I think the lady who does alterations is Young Studevant. She is friendly, knowledgeable and does amazing work! I recently ordered a dress that I knew would be too small. I purchased TWO and thought I could merge the two. I was too scared to cut the fabric once the dresses arrived. Based on a recommendation from my sister, I took the dresses to Vogue Cleaners and like magic, Young merged the dresses! I now have one beautiful dress! I wore it on gala night on a cruise and received numerous compliments.”

“I needed to wash my king size heavy weight comforter. Its been years since using a public facility to wash closes so I was unsure and out of touch with how this process would go. I'm very impressed with the heavy duty washer and drivers ! Reasonable prices $3.50 for 42min dryer and $8.60( I think) for the heavy duty front load washers it appears to have gotten my blanket good and clean. Plus there 8s no more need for quarters. They have a reusable card you can purchase at a kiosk inside the facility, to add your cash or debit/ credit card ( I think it was $1.00 to purchase) .. and you just simply sit the plastic card in the card holder on the outside of the machines to pay for the wash/ dry.. Very convent and easy to use!. I will differently be back ! It's a clean welcoming public place to wash . 5 starts !”

“First visit here and first time using the new card system many laundromat are switching to. Gentleman who works there helped me with the system and even offered to show me how to put a dollar cash onto the card since I used a credit card. Very clean place. Close to restaurants if you need food while you wait. Small vending machine there as well. I needed to use the larger size washing machine and the cost was close to $9.”
