It was packed when rolled up in there & one of the hottest/humidity day's!!!
I showed him my 2 front tire's of which both where showing the radial on inner side on both...yikes
He said he would have to see if had that size of which I already had in hb
Wayne was like great It's gonna be a wait although we will have them switched out by closing!!!
I thanked him & told him how much I really appreciated them doing that!!!

Not only did he bring these filters to my attention, he also did a fabulous job getting my oil change done in under 20 minutes and even explained to me how to change my spark plugs. “I live in Oklahoma and stopped to have them look at my oil to make sure it was good after getting to Tennessee and discovering it was almost empty. I put oil in it before leaving TN but needed someone to look and tell me if i have a leak. i believe the gentleman at this location is the manager. he looked at it said my oil was over full but i did have a small leak but i should be good since i still had a 5hr drive to go. he DID recommend get some coolant since it was empty. i think he went above and beyond and i regreat i didn't get his name but he was awesome.”
“Driving with my family between Knoxville and Washington, DC on a Sunday afternoon I found a screw embedded in one of my rear tires and was losing air pressure. Every other tire business was closed and a mobile tire service was charging $400+ for a potential repair. AAA was also useless. Thank goodness I discovered this Walmart still open with a helpful technician willing to squeeze us in before closing. His advice and service was top notch and we were back on the road within 20 minutes. Walmart to the rescue! Thank you for your outstanding customer service! You all saved my family in a real emergency.”
“The workers here are very customer service oriented. We bought 4 tires then in 1 week 2 started leaking. I had to pay to get one sealed, I couldn't afford to pay for 2.
6 weeks after I bought 4 tires for another vehicle I told them what happened to the tires we bought abt 6 weeks ago. The refunded the money we paid, then a week later they refunded the money for one of the tires. One of the tire o. The car is still losing air but we will just have to seal it. They did their best without any fuss. Appreciate the customer service without hassle.”
