“Spoke with Kelly to set up an appointment for tires, alignment and state inspection. He recommended tires for my jeep that would save me a decent amount of money.The day of the appointment we ran into issues with my jeep and he was able to reschedule immediately for the following Friday.By the day of my appointment the special on the tires had expired but Kelly made sure that I paid the lower price he had previously quoted me.Thompson Tire has gain a return customer because Kelly is such a stand up employee.”

“they were able to squeeze me in same day when my car broke down and i had no way to get home, told me exactly what was wrong with my car and didn't try to sell me anything extra. the work was completed by the end of the day and i haven't had any problems with the repair since. first shop i've been to since i moved here and i had a great experience. will definitely be coming here for my car repairs and services in the future”

“I had them replace the head gaskets on my FWD V6… not an easy job. They did a great, very conscientious job and even sent me digital photos of other suggested work that wouldn’t be visible after reassembly.\ \ I am VERY pleased with the results and the price was reasonable.\ \ This is the second vehicle I have them perform engine repairs on and I recommend them highly.”

Told them my story....they didn't have my tire and the owner drove to Salem to pick it up from another shop. Honest, straightforward and kind. Had an awesome experience. “These guys do a excellent job! I brought my car in here twice and both times the staff have been friendly, efficient, and most importantly not at all pushy. I never felt that anyone here tried to take advantage of me, and that is saying a lot for the sort of business. All in all, their prices are significantly cheaper than going to the dealer and they do quality work. The best part is their flexibility as both times I have been able to walk right in and they've taken care of me almost immediately. I'll definitely be back.”

I was a customer that was there at the time and all the employe was asking about was what type of oil you wanted in the car and he said he would just take his business else where. The employe did nothing wrong and had great customer service and I never had this experience here before when the customer goes off on an employee like this man did. “Look. What yall don't understand us yes. Full synthetic is about 35 dollars, the filter is 10, and then you've got 3-4 guys working on your car, getting paid 12 an hour. That totals over a hundred before tax. You gotta pat the people that touch your car”
