“Friendly and a life saver for my sisters. See they were traveling from IN to VA for a funeral when one of the rims on my sister's car was cracked. The car didn't come with a spare, the dealerships didn't have the part and the part was discontinued. The tire wouldn't hold air long enough to get anywhere on time and dangerous to drive on. I called Wimmer Tire & Service, Melvin referred me to this salvage yard, but it was closed. I called the salvage yard from IN the next morning at 8am while my sisters were still 200 miles from the funeral that same day. Robert from the salvage yard asked if I had a picture of a good tire on the car. My sister sent him a picture, she then called me an hour later telling me that Robert had found her a rim that was the same size and should work, she went to go get it. Robert was awesome and a life saver this day. When you are out of town (in the Roanoke area), don't know who to call and in a need of a car part, I would suggest calling Robert at "A Price is Right Auto Parts". I am so grateful for Melvin at Wimmer Tire & Service for giving me Robert's phone number to call. May God bless you both, your business and your families. I praise God for you both bring willing to help my sister with finding the part for her car so she could get on the road again. Thank you!!”
“I have a Camaro and so many mechanics gave me the run around BEFORE I came to One Stop. Jimmy is an excellent mechanic, tells you straight up what's wrong, and then after he gets the ok, FIXES the car. No extra charges, great price on parts, and he knows what he is doing! Very respectful and if you don't know the mechanic terminology, he will further explain so you understand. This will be the only garage I go to!”
“Got my car in for transfer case seal replacement . They was short a few mechanics and The owner went out of his way to fix a gasket on my downpipe that wasnt part of what I had car in for , also didn't charge me for it . Most shops would have skipped it and said thats not my problem or charged me . Got my car in and out .. Need more businesses around that look out for your best interest and not charge you a arm and a leg when it comes to car repairs. 10/10 for my experience”

My vehicles brake pad light was on I took it in to replace brake pads but when they went to repair the brakes they found my brakes looked like new but the censor was broken. I appreciated the honesty from Billy and will be a regular customer for all my car needs”
