So if I'm being honest I had previously sworn off cellular sales because of Asurion (satan reincarnated as a cell phone insurer) but in a pinch, I needed a phone and wound up at the location on 419... I got a pixel 6 pro (which I was looking for) and it's garbage. The agent did kinda push it, but I also definitely expected to walk out with that phone. The process was very quick, painless and easy, and legit, it was the first time I've ever left a Verizon store happy. It was clear pretty quick that the pixel 6 pro is awful though... Idk how they haven't like, been forced to recall them all and refund everyone fooled into getting one. That's beside the point-but Google jerked me around with customer service and I really wanted to love it, so I was sure I missed my return window. After 29 days, the phone was being a normal pixel (frozen OS and apps don't work) as I drove past the store. I put on my Karen pants and prepared for war; I've been in this boat before and always faced defeat; but not this time. I was determined to emerge victorious.
I walked in, Dustin helped me. He was very courteous, helpful and disarming. Ultimately, it was no big deal-I was able to return the thing and pre-order an s22, holding onto the pixel til it arrived. Sweet.
Cellular sales used to be like, a pointless place. They couldn’t do everything the corporate stores can and you were guaranteed to over-pay and leave the place angry. That has totally flip flopped. I try to only go here now and they’re able to help in a much more human way than the rigid corporate stores.

We have the most terrific and best experience getting set up as new customers, Jasmine did a fantastic job she went above and beyond to make sure we got the devices we wanted and even set aside time to be able to work with us on mothers day. She also helped us again tonight by adding our son to our plan. We also brought along our daughter and her boyfriend and Jasmine got them both set up on a new plan with some awesome deals! If you are looking for someone to walk through and explain everything Jasmine is the one to work with! She's very detailed oriented, very sweet, respectful and sure makes the hassel of getting new phone easy and quick! Highly recommend her!!!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Vinton Verizon store thanks to Jasmine. She was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful, exactly the kind of person you hope to work with during a complicated upgrade. I came in needing to overhaul multiple lines and devices (two iPhones, two Apple Watches, and two iPads), along with account changes, and she handled it all with professionalism and ease. She was transparent the whole time, clearly explaining pros and cons without pressuring me into anything. In fact, she recommended more affordable options than I originally planned, which really impressed me.
Jasmine listened, picked up on little things I mentioned in passing, and used that to improve our plan. She helped us switch from an outdated plan to one that costs less and gives us more, and even caught that my wife is a nurse and helped us apply a discount we didn’t know existed. She stayed positive and attentive for the full two-hour process and made something I expected to be a hassle feel smooth and stress-free. This review is for her specifically. She’s the reason I walked out of there feeling like a valued customer, and the reason I’m writing this now. If you’re anywhere near the Vinton store, go see Jasmine. You'll be glad you did.

Noah was so helpful when helping me update a new phone! He answered all of my many questions with great patience, and was so accommodating in helping me navigate the new phone.
He offered lots of information in regards to things I didn't understand. I've been with Verizon for many years, and this is the first time I felt really comfortable and unrushed.

Friendly and helpful. Had trouble connecting to the network with a new phone. Verizon associate helped me get connected, cleared and disposed of my old phone, and even used his personal phone to make sure my new phone was working. All at no cost.

If I could rate a zero I would certainly do that. For the life of me I cannot understand how Verizon promoted a "free" phone and then later, years later you find out when your wanting to cancel the "no contract" account they tell you you have to pay the "free" phone off in order to cancel the contract. You call the 1-800 number and can barely understand a word they are saying except the dollar amount. So then you call the actual store you got your "free, no contract" phone and the young girl was very much over talking me, which I thought was very rude, and then she made perfect sense of her rudeness interrupting by saying come into the store, I have people sitting at my desk. I will definitely be getting rid of this service as soon as possible and will spread the word everywhere when I do! To say I'm disappointed is a HUGE understatement!
