Zero stars don't go use the ATM unless your ready to lose your money and not get it back. Instead of looking into the situation and helping to resolve the problem they tell you to call your bank and make a claim, like they can't count the money and see they are over the amount it's supposed to have. I'm a Disabled Veteran and Single father who needs this money to take care of my family but Wells Fargo doesn't care they have plenty of money but unfortunately for me while I was fighting for your freedom I was hurt and I can't work so my soul income is from military Disability and now I'm missing half of it thanks to Wells Fargo

I set an appointment to open a business account for my new LLC. Since it is owned by three partners, all living in different states, the banker had no idea how to assist me. She stated that she had been with the bank for 44 years, and unless all partners were physically present at the same branch, she was unaware of any way to proceed. She asked her manager for guidance and returned without an answer, explaining that they needed to contact the back office and conduct additional research.
I told her she could call me once she had an update. I’m still waiting for that call. Chase can do it. Bank of America can do it. We chose Wells Fargo because it is the closest bank to each of us, but we will be going with another institution since someone with extensive experience had no solutions to offer.
I called the branch to discuss the issue further, but no one answered. Instead, the automated message suggested I make another appointment. Considering that the first appointment was a waste of time—likely with the same banker—there is no point in scheduling a second.
I am genuinely surprised at how disappointing this experience was.

Just got over drafted from an unreadable check!!!
I brought this check in and handed it to somebody. And then they ran it through a machine. So why didn't they say something about not being able to read it. Then you over draft my account. No notice. No phone call. Now I just can't use my card or get my life together atm.

I have been banking at this branch since I opened my business in 2016 and I run hundred of thousands of dollars through this bank every month. After today, I’ll never be back. It used to be the best group of people. They were all knowledgeable and very helpful. There is an entirely different crew there now and today, I was scoffed at by a banker because SHE doesn’t know how to do a wire transfer properly. To beat it all, her manager had to do it for her last time and apparently there were no corrective actions to fix her ignorance. Unacceptable.

Very rude and unprofessional banker that you meet with she leaves her door open you can hear everyone’s business and doesn’t know what she’s doing. Doesn’t need to be working if you’re going to have a attitude and roll your eyes when your told something for the safety of other peoples info

I could give this branch negative ratings if there was a button for it. Mr GASIC DRAGAN ANTONIO accused me of having a fake document because he has the same document and it did not feel like the one he had sitting on his desk at home. He then went on to say “MY NOSE” doesn’t look like the nose in the picture on my ID. He also said my Drivers license was not signed, invalidated my second ID (Understandable). All the other comments made without verifying or checking to see if this was an actual real document, while also bending and twisting a document I have worked 5 YEARS to attain like a piece of straw, were up there with Hall of Fame stupid, retarded and unprofessional. I guess he would have been satisfied if he had taken the picture in his bedroom and created the document himself. I would advise anyone wanting to open a bank account or have any transaction avoid this Banker as he is only satisfied with documents he creates by himself.

First I want to say that this is first review I have ever given. Secondly, I have been with Wells Fargo for over 10 years and have had absolutely no issues what so ever. This is my first interaction with this Vinton branch and it was not a great experience. I received a phone call from Brandy that my debit card had been located in a parking lot and turned it in. She did inform me that I needed to have two forms of ID but did not specify exactly what I needed. I live 45 minutes from this branch and just happen to be on this side of town for a rare occurrence. When I realized I did not have my ID, I brought in my credit card, my school ID, and my work badge. All of these besides my credit card had my full name and picture on it. I even had a picture of my actual drivers license on my phone. She would not release my card to me. So I said fine, I don’t live on this side of town. Can you cancel my card and me a new one? She would not help me and just told me to do on the app. I voiced how ridiculous this was. And was told this is why she told me over the phone I needed an ID. Yes she sure did but was not specific on the type of Id. I totally understand that everybody has policies they have to abide by. This is not what frustrated me. It was the lack of compassion and lack of wanting to help. It was the lack of treating me like a human being and not just another number. I most definitely will not return and will be on the hunt for a different bank. So I hope they dispose of my card appropriately.

I hate this bank it's always busy with not enough tellers but plenty of bankers doing nothing. Once I was walking up to door at 4:55 pm and someone was at door getting ready to open it for me so I thought, no they shut it and said sorry we are closing for the day..I still had 5 min. Used to be if u were in parking lot before 5 they would take you, that's obviously not the case these days

To start off it does stink, knowing that you work the same hours as banking hours And you use Saturday mornings as your day to get things done at the bank. Today is the last day of the year and I was turned away from setting up an account and it’s only 10:42 AM and they don’t close till noon. Yes I understand they have an appointment coming in in 20 minutes but this is a big inconvenient for such a big bank to be turning me away when I want to bring my business there. And I was trying to use a promotional code that would benefit me for switching banks and I will probably choose somewhere else to take my business! Thank you Candace at the Vinton, VA Branch this happens to really inconvenient the start of my new year!!

Wells Fargo and THIS location now have officially the worst customer of ANY business I've ever dealt with! They do not even answer their phone and won't see customers for appointments! Paid off our mortgage, closed retirement/investment accounts and need to get another bank!
