When opening a new joint account, we specifically requested out loud to the banker that I be made the primary account holder but she put my husband as the primary instead which felt intentional and we did not appreciate it. This did not make me feel confident in our decision to bank with Wells Fargo.

Very rude and unprofessional banker that you meet with she leaves her door open you can hear everyone’s business and doesn’t know what she’s doing. Doesn’t need to be working if you’re going to have a attitude and roll your eyes when your told something for the safety of other peoples info
