I started coming here with no prior kickboxing experience and have had such a great time coming here! Sky and Nate have been great coaches and I feel like I’ve both learned a bunch and get a great workout in!

Great workout! Makes you work hard but fun at the same time. Also 30 min concept works great for busy lifestyle.

Absolutely Love 9 Round! Best kickboxing class! The trainers are wonderful. They are so knowledgeable and helpful. I love working out here!
