“I want to add to my original, very positive review posted in the paragraph below this one. Specifically, my tenant experience at 27 Atlantic continues to be very positive. Their maintenance team, led by Marvin, is outstanding and caring. After having a persistent problem the first few days with an unpleasant odor from bathroom faucets, which staff tried to fix, the Apartment Manager asked Marvin, the head of maintenance, to look into it himself. Within a couple of hours, he was at my apartment, solved and fixed the problem. I also appreciated one of their other employees, Cirano (if I have mispelled I apologize), quickly fixing (i.e., replacing) a garbage disposal that was wearing out. Rather than putting a bandaid on the issue, he replaced it to avoid me having to, at some future date likely not too far off in the future, call again to address the problem. As per my review below on other matters, I'm very impressed by the responsiveness and professionalism of the staff at 27Atlantic. Also, you just can't beat the location, simply walking a few steps out the building, onto the boardwalk, and enjoying sunrises, picturesque ocean views, and the sounds of the waves.

Initial Review: I’m just moving in and so far truly enjoying the experience. Perhaps the best part, aside from living right on the beach and boardwalk, is the affable and helpful staff. Katie and Jordan in the leasing office are upbeat, friendly and helpful. Perhaps the icing on the cake is an interaction I had today with a member of the facilities/ maintenance team. I had two large and heavy package room holds (80 and 70 pounds) that had me concerned about how to get them to my apartment as I recently had surgery and need to avoid lifting heavy objects. When I went to pick up the two items on my own, a young service technician, Kaden, offered to load them on a moving cart. When I thanked him and also mentioned my limitation to avoid heavy lifting, he immediately offered to bring the items up to my apartment and did so, placing each in separate rooms where I wanted them. When I asked if he had a minute to wait so I could get some tip money, he declined the tip, stating it’s his job to help people—how refreshing. It’s comforting to feel like I’m renting from a place with a management and staff team that cares—so thank you Katie, Jordan and Kaden for all that you do to make 27 Atlantic tenants feel “at home.””

“When I walked into Silver Hill, I didn’t know what to expect. From the moment I walked through the door, everything was positive. It was clean, the tenants were all so nice and inviting. They have bible study, they have coffee each morning, with a breakfast small breakfast on Fridays. They have a library with two computers that you can use. There’s a gate that makes walking to the Food Lion shopping center so convenient. There’s lots of trees on the grounds. I can’t wait to see the crape myrtles in bloom in the spring. But the best gem is Stephanie. She is everything to that facility. She met us with kindness and professionalism. I truly felt like I had made a new friend by the time I left. Her enthusiasm for the place has made me so excited for my brother to start living at Silver Hill.

“I've lived here for several years. The folks in the office are super awesome. Maintenance stays on top of everything. The grounds and common areas are clean and well- maintained. I do delivery to a lot of complexes all over the area and there aren't many of this higher standard.”

“From start to finish the leasing and move in process was excellent. Alicia has excellent communication skills, was efficient, and executed all agreements with tremendous attention to detail. She coordinated use of the loading dock for a seamless move in and arranged an on-site storage unit for me as well. Thank you for displaying such professional customer service.”

“I’ve lived at the Mayflower for 2 years and resigned my lease solely on the leasing staff. They are all amazing! Nicole, Steven and Athena. Nicole the property manager is so welcoming and knows her residents. Steven and Athena always help me when I need it. They are very informative about the building. I’ve lived at a few apartments where the staff didn’t even bother to know their residents name and every time I come home to the Mayflower I’m always welcomed with a nice Hello and they know my name. It’s nice knowing my leasing agents.

While there are cons as any place has, the communication from the staff whenever something is wrong is very helpful. They are slowly making renovation improvements to make a very old building look better and it’s much appreciated

“We lived at Pembroke Town Center Apartments for over 3 years, and overall, it was a great experience for our family. The leasing staff, especially Heather, is extremely friendly and cooperative. She always resolves tenant issues quickly and professionally, which makes the whole process stress-free.
The maintenance team is also excellent—they handle routine maintenance promptly and efficiently, ensuring everything runs smoothly. The neighborhood is very convenient, with most shopping malls and stores within walking distance, which is a big plus.
Occasionally, we noticed homeless individuals taking shelter in the common walkways, but whenever we informed security, they addressed the situation promptly. The area feels safe, and the local schools are good, making it a suitable place for families.
Overall, Pembroke Town Center Apartments is a great place to live, offering comfort, convenience, and responsive management. Highly recommended.”

“I love living at Rose Hall. It’s such a beautifully landscaped complex. It’s more of a community than a complex. I love how private it is. They have a maid who cleans the hallways regularly, the pool is immaculate, and the leasing office was great in getting us moved in. Rose and Janell made it a breeze. The gym is awesome! I’m so glad we moved here. It’s been 3 months and I recommend this complex to anyone moving. 1000/10”
