“My uncle Bob lives here and he has loved every moment. He has made a few friends and really enjoys the trips to the casinos. Property is always clean thanks to the housekeeper I believe her name is Sarah. The tall lady in the leasing office is very nice too.”

“I love living here, the apartments are nice and clean. Look good too. All the apartments were built in the 60’s I think so insulation is great and nothing is cheapy. The office staff are super helpful, very knowledgeable, and get back to you basically immediately on any questions. The maintenance is amazing and it’s easy to put in a request they practically come immediately. And the rent/ living cost are very agreeable. The amenities are nice too always well maintained. Even the application process wasn’t a headache!
I really enjoy it here, I am a little over half way through my lease. 100% will be renewing my lease when the time comes.”

“Just signed year two lease at Summer House. Really happy to be here. Staff is great. The core members, Carly and Alicia at the front of the house, and Noelle and Goldie in maintenance, were here before I was here. Always helpful, no matter what the dilemma (minor issues for me). My apartment is surprisingly quite.
Location is very attractive. I can go for weeks without driving. Harris Teeter, CVS, dentist, post office, hardware store and more within 3 blocks. Boardwalk and the beach two blocks away, with all the festivals and such to take in. I enjoy taking in the vibes of relaxing/partying vacationers. I’m on permanent vacation.”

“From day one the office team has been amazing. Maintenance replies and fixes thing with in days. Great communication and our apartment ia great. It was ready when we got here and we love the gym and the pool. We're close to every store u could think of. Our neighbors are nice. For the first time since moving to virginia . Years ago. We finally found an apartment we like. Yes that is really sad. But true. Sorry no pics of the apartment cause my kids are in the background.”
