I came in with my 2016 MacBook Pro as it wasn't charging properly; I suspected a problem with the charging brick or cable as the battery was at 85%.The Apple technician who assisted me, Somhairle, was amazing. He ran a full diagnostic on the laptop and all 4 ports. He also tested my MBP with a spare power brick and cable and determined that my cable was in need of replacing. 5-star customer service!ETA: I witnessed Somhairle assist an elderly customer after helping me. He treated the next customer just as kind. He's an amazing asset to this Apple store and the company at large.

We went by a day this last week after work and we were welcomed right away by Mr. Roland, who helped repair our iPad with skill! He was completely transparent about how the rebooting and installation of applications may not take, it was ultimately that the device needed to find the code to be able to charge! What an intelligent young man, Mr. Roland is! Thank you!

On February 19 I had an appointment because my brand new iPhone 15 was glitching constantly. I think Roland might’ve been the name of the young man who “helped” me? Not sure. The store was busy. I felt like he was trying to get me in and out of there as quickly as possible. I am 54 years old, and have natural gray hair and I really felt like he was treating me like I was 90 years old because of it. He did diagnostics and said it wasn’t hardware. It must be the IOS system was improperly installed. So he said he was going to erase everything from the phone, remove the operating system and reinstall it. This had to be done by connecting my phone to a computer there. He made me very quickly initial to agree at least twice that if they loose any information it’s not their fault. Of course I signed as I really wanted my brand new iPhone to work properly. At any rate, he did what he said he would do. I walked out of there with 700 contacts (previously having over 2400) and he said within 24-48 hours the phone would have it all back. Well it didn’t and it still glitches. As a matter of fact when I talk text it will repeat the same sentences 3/4 times. So I wish I never went to the store. I am super disappointed in apple and the experience that I had there. He did not download everything back from the cloud and my phone looked like a blank slate. I had to redownload and install any apps and try to organize my phone as close as I could to how I have always had it. Before he started I actually showed him a pop up message that kept coming up on my screen and he said it won’t happen anymore - and that is correct - because he deleted everything that went along with that pop up without first asking some important questions that could have prevented him from losing all my information. Hope this helps someone else. If you have different headings in your notes section on your phone - that’s one way to know everything is not backed up to the iCloud. I had 3 - 2 were from previous work exchange servers and 1 was iCloud. I did not know this, but he could have checked and should have known. This would’ve been a simple and quick way to help me keep all my notes and then check contacts.

I typically don’t have phone issues but after running around and troubleshooting at my carriers store I ended up here. Immediately upon walking into the store I was greeted by a very friendly and polite gentleman who helped me figure out what was wrong with my phone within 15-20 minutes!

The service and personnel are very friendly. I had an appointment for a cracked screen and it happened on time. They had to order a replacement for me.I was told that my replacement was be here and that the store is open until 8:00pm. I arrived at the mall to find the doors locked. I went to three different entrances and a department store before I found the one open door. It would be nice if they mentioned somewhere on the website or in the voice messages that the mall closes an hour before Apple and you have to go to a specific door to get there. Now I have to come back a third time.

I purchased a new phone today and had trouble with the connection. I went back to the store to ask for help. Tory was great!!! She took the time to help me with the wireless network provider. Together they solved the issue. Thanks a lot!

The most unreliable Apple store I've been to. We made an appointment and dropped off a phone to be repaired at 2:45pm, they told us it'd be ready by 7pm. We checked in at 6pm and they had just started working on our phone. What's the point of an appointment if it clearly doesn't mean anything?? We had dinner plans, so we went out, DROVE BACK at 7 to pick up the phone, and they said it wasn't done, to wait until 7:15. So we sat and waited. Come 7:20, it's still not done, and they tell us to pick it up TOMORROW. We wasted our time and gas to pick up our phone, and it's ridiculous that it couldn't be communicated ahead of time that this repair would take longer. Such unprofessional behavior. We will not be returning to this store. Don't bother coming here, you'll waste your time.Edit: Roland was incredibly helpful with us during our pickup, gave a little more insight on the situation, and assured us he would talk to whoever made our experience so poor. Adding a star for him and his services
