Was not happy with the customer service. Had an attitude like the person did not want to be there or type on the keyboard. I am not your employee do your job and don't pass your keyboard to a customer. If you can't spell ask. It's not that hard. I will not be shopping at this location every again.

Came to store to get oil changes for my small fleet of trucks. The amount of help and seeing the organization of how kalah and Terrell handled everything was beyond my expectations will definitely use this store as my home base and I live at ocean front if that says anything. Good job team keep up the great work

Im leaving 4 stars cause the buisness itself is great! There was a problem with the lady working today. We broke down (in a parking lot) and called ahead to see if the parts we needed were in stock. We were told yes. So my boyfriend walked from Wawa down to your store. Not too bad, right? Yeah, until we get there and the lady was super rude to my boyfriend after telling him they didn't have any parts he called in advanced for that they claimed to have. She also claimed the pulley he asked for on the phone was UNIVERSAL. Who here has ever heard of a universal pulley????? Anyways, cause of her bullshit, he walked further and just got an alternator. It's insane cause I'll repeat, the buisness and everyone else is great. It was this one grumpy Karen this morning that made a stressful situation more stressful. But I DO recommend you go there. Maybe not when she's there lol

Cashier rude. No hello/ Morning. Can I help. When leaving she said nothing. All she said was cash or card. As she sat there and picked at her nails. No customer service, Or decent human manners.

I’ve found my new go to auto parts store!! I went into this location and was immediately greeted by whom at the time I did not know was the store manager. She asked if I needed any assistance. She helped me get the correct parts I needed, I’m thankful for her and will come back in the future.

Kaylah was suuuuuuuuper helpful to me!!!! Last night my windshield wiper flew off the car in the middle of a thunderstorm. Called today and cheerfully told me what I needed. When I arrived another employee was assisting me. She heard our conversation and immediately remembered what I needed from the phone call. She put the wipers on herself and assisted with another matter and refused a tip!!! Excellent service from an excellent woman! Will definitely continue to come here as long as she is here.

I am so glad I went to this auto zone it was last minute and Matt. H the assistant store manager helped me with everything that I inquired, prices etc. He also came outside and patiently helped me with my tail lights. He replaced them and I truly and grateful for his help. He took a big weight off of me! Thank you Matt @ AutoZone, Holland Rd.

I went into this Auto Zone with windshield wipers I had purchased for my Jeep from Amazon. Because I couldn’t figure out how to replace them (and my arthritis in my hands prevented me from being able to press the parts to release them), I walked into this Auto Zone and asked the man at the counter if there were someone who could do it for me. He came out from behind the counter and did it for me, no charge! I am 70 and live on a fixed budget so it was very refreshing that Matt H., the Assistant Manager there, was not looking to make money off me. He was doing it as a service to help me. I highly recommend this Auto Zone! If the Asst Manager is willing to help others, I’m sure the other employees are like him!
