Barbara at the Pembroke Banfield was awesome. found an appointment for us to get our pug into them. Then when records did not transfer properly, she stayed on it untill they got everything worked out. The appointment went well and they have no problem talking to you. I really like this location.

The insurance coverage is great! The doctor's are thorough and friendly. I would definitely recommend (and I do) go to Banfield! It's for your pet, just do it!
