They never have books on time, they need to open up the other locations again

The service is terrible. The materials are never there, and the hours of service are very limited. Often, there's only one person to handle a huge line.
Hire more people, train them more. Only go to this place if you have no other option.

Not enough staff to handle the customers beginning of semester. 40 people in line and only 2 people staffing the store. One line for everything.

Barnes & Noble at Tidewater Community College - All bookstore locations are located inside the student centers on campus. The Virginia Beach campus bookstore is the main bookstore for Tidewater Community College: supplying textbooks and supplies to our TCC students online and on campus. There are two distribution locations where online orders can be picked up. All locations also carry school supplies, electronics, convenience and TCC gifts & clothing. Please note that the distribution locations do not carry textbooks. *Norfolk distribution stores coming soon late Spring 2024
