“Me and my fiancé came in today 5/29/25 to get something to clean the spark plugs. My fiancé was trying to do it another way but we was informed by the assistant manager BON why we shouldn’t do it that way and the causes. BON helped us with finding the right tools we need to fix the problem and he also was attentive to our problems. Not only that he gave us a lot of upsales. BON has great customer service and understanding for the all customers. He is a great manager and needs to be promoted for the help, patience, and knowledge he has given customers. Thankyou BON!!! “Wow! I went to Napa yesterday for a headlight bulb and they were so rude and refused to help me out with changing the bulb. So I went t to O’Reilly today and what a difference. Evagelia was so friendly, offered to help change the bulb, I didn’t even ask her to help, and when she went to change it she discovered that it was actually just loose not burned out. She’s a great example of customer service! She even gave my dog a treat. Thanks for your friendliness and customer service! You rock Evagelia. I’ll never go to Napa again.”

I had an excellent experience at O'Reilly Auto Parts
and wanted to give a special shout out to Al for the outstanding customer service. Al was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. I came in looking for replacement lights for my vehicle, and he helped me find exactly what I needed without any hassle. He made the whole process simple and stress-free, which I really appreciated.
What really stood out was that Al even volunteered to help install the lights for me. That level of customer care goes above and beyond and made the experience even better. It’s rare to find someone who takes the time to make sure a customer leaves completely satisfied.
Overall, this was easily a 10 out of 10 experience on the Osiris Hotness ? Scale. Great service, great attitude, and a great experience all around. Thanks again, Al!”
