She comes out to check on anyone working on their car to make sure everyone is doing good and provides helpful advice and guidance. She’s very knowledgeable. Today, Nina helped me as well and she was very welcoming, always trying to make sure I got the best deal and fitted my needs perfectly.”

I had an excellent experience at O'Reilly Auto Parts
and wanted to give a special shout out to Al for the outstanding customer service. Al was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. I came in looking for replacement lights for my vehicle, and he helped me find exactly what I needed without any hassle. He made the whole process simple and stress-free, which I really appreciated.
What really stood out was that Al even volunteered to help install the lights for me. That level of customer care goes above and beyond and made the experience even better. It’s rare to find someone who takes the time to make sure a customer leaves completely satisfied.
