They did an incredible job repairing my truck, but what really stood out was the way they treated me throughout the entire process. Courteous, professional, and constantly keeping me updated so I was never left wondering what was going on. The pricing was fair and straightforward, and I genuinely felt like they cared more about doing it right than just pushing it through.
And then at the very end… they went above and beyond in a way I’m not going to spoil. Let’s just say there were a couple of unexpected touches that completely blew me away. It spoke volumes about their customer service and the pride they take in what they do.

“The workers here really go above and beyond for their customers at this location. My car’s cool temp air was high and the workers throughly checked to see what was wrong and even offered to fix it once I ordered the part. I have to give a special shout it to Josh and Ben who helped me figure out what was wrong. Josh helped me fix my issue and even came in on his day off to help a stranger he just met a few days prior. I have nothing but good things to say about this location. Even the staff I met when my car was getting fixed were welcoming, helpful, and friendly. “My wife and I bought a used 2021 Tahoe from RK Chevrolet back in the first part of May. They were great to deal with during the buying experience and worked with us on a couple cosmetic issues we had with the car. Unfortunately that's about where the good service ended. Just a day or two after purchasing the car we discovered the back window leaks water like a waterfall. We were stuck in the car wash with water pouring in the back window. We immediately told RK about the issue and said that due to the fact that we were from 4 hours away we wouldnt be able to get back down there for about 2 months. They said that was fine, just bring it in and they'd look at it. After they looked at it they said they couldnt find anything wrong with it and that we'd need to bring it back another day to have the body shop look at it. I reminded the service dept that we were from out of town and that we couldnt just bring it back the next day. They suggested we take it to our local dealer and have them look at it. RK Service couldn't give me a straight answer on whether or not RK would still cover the reapir if another dealer performed the work and suggested I talk to the used car side of RK. All that say, I've left at least 2 messages with the used car manager and I have yet to receive a call back. We just want our car waterproof before this drought ends.
UPDATE: I just needed to get in the hands of the right person, Hannah Cooper with RK made it happen! Thanks for getting this issue resolved.”

The manager is Kionne Scott but I’m not sure that’s who I dealt with.”
