Beauty 21 is a great store with a very good and great selection of products, including entire product lines. The store is clean and well organized. The friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff and owner provide excellent service, answering questions and going out of their way to find merchandise. The owner is soft spoken and courteous. Customers report having no complaints, becoming regular customers, and definitely returning.
I have shopped at this store for almost two decades, and I will keep coming back. Mr. Lee is nice and respectful to his customers. He doesn't always have what I need, but I will always come to him for the things he does have.
