Most of the pharmacy techs are friendly and engaging however, the current pharmacy manager is rude and disrespectful. The lines are often very long.

Pharmacist was curt and condescending about explaining prescriptions. Customer service has really declined since Rite Aid went bankrupt and had to switch pharmacies. I get the volume is greater but no need to make your customer feel like an idiot.
