We joined at a discount and probably will not renew. The inside & outside of this location are in visible disrepair, with boards and paper trash strewn about.I placed an online grocery order for pickup and arrived in my time window, but it wasn't ready until 10 minutes after that window closed. A team member explained they were short staffed, which of course we all understand and sympathize with.I also filled out a request for a siding estimate — there's a huge display advertising this at the front — weeks ago and haven't gotten a response yet.My toddler loves the inventory robot, Tally. He starts talking about Tally in the car on the way to BJ's and searches the store like a little detective.Yeah, sure, the deals are good. But I think Costco is just a more pleasant shopping experience, the way that Target is more pleasant than Walmart.

Need to have more check out lanes open!I do not go to BJs to check my self out, I always buy a lot.If I wanted to work for BJ's as a cashier I would have filled out anApplication for that position. Selfcheck is taking the job of cashieraway from someone who needsa job. It all boils down to good customer service.

not the floor employees fault but need to assign more than one person to checking receipts so you don't have to wait 10 minutes to leave if you're behind someone with a complication

I've been at BJ's customer for almost 20 years, I have usually been very satisfied with my experiences there but todays fiasco was not acceptable. I was trying to call BJ's to find out if the gas station that was closed, (never giving members a heads up that it was closed or was going to be closed) was open yet. I called the store number and transferred myself to member services. I waited on hold for over 10 minutes before the phone hung up on me. I called back and waited on hold another 8 minutes before hanging up. By the way both times I was put on hold for ridiculous amounts of time nobody told me to hold and I wasn't greeted on the phone by anyone. After calling a few more times and transferring myself to different departments and not getting anyone on the phone I finally transferred to the tire department. Very nice gentleman answered the phone and agreed to transfer me to a manager. I waited on hold for 10 minutes and didn't have anyone pick up the phone. I called back to the tire department and the nice gentleman answered the phone again and said that he was very sorry that nobody had picked up yet and that they were very busy today but it was still no excuse for me to have called that many times and not spoken to anyone, so he put me on hold and finally a manager picked up. She was very short with me and I explained I had been on hold for a very long time and been trying to call for almost an hour to no avail. Instead of saying that she was sorry and apologizing that I was unable to get in touch with somebody or being friendly or courteous at all, she just said "well what can I do for you"It should not be so difficult to call a store and get somebody on the phone to answer a simple question It shouldn't have taken me an hour and all the frustration involved.I will be switching my membership to either Sam's club or CostcoCustomer service goes a long way and it doesn't cost anyone anything to be receptive, accepting, and nice. And if it's that difficult maybe the person who is the manager should have a less stressful and demanding role and somebody who can manage to deal with a store and maintain customer service should step up in their place.

Stay away from this Tire Center. I am having an experience very similar to Mr. Roberts. In my case I had ordered a set of new tires online and scheduled installation. They called me the night before the appointment to ask if I could leave the car instead of waiting there for installation, as it was Labor Day weekend and they expected to be very busy with Propane service. I agreed to leave it. But on arriving the next morning to leave it I was advised not to leave it because they weren't sure they would be able to get the lugnuts off to remove the old tires. A Tire Store that can't get the lugnuts off? So I left and went to Firestone instead, because I needed the new tires on before I had to return to work the following Tuesday. BUT they still charged my credit card for the tires! I have been fighting with "Customer Service" online and in emails for the past 2 months trying to get my credit card refunded for these tires which were NEVER installed! DO NOT USE this Tire Center!

I recently had a fantastic experience at BJ's Wholesale Club. One standout feature for me was the seamless mobile checkout option, which made the process incredibly convenient. Additionally, I consistently found great sales on a wide variety of items. The icing on the cake was the exceptional customer service. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to assist. This combination of user-friendly technology and excellent deals, coupled with top-notch customer service, has made me a loyal customer. Keep up the great work, BJ's Wholesale Club!

Not as crowded as Costco or Sam's. Greater choice of fresh produce.

I called this AM for mail to be plugged in my tire and worker said to busy to plug it and I drove there and not one car in bay. My guy went in store only for worker to say he had appt in 15 minutes and we waited down street no one ever showed up and I called manager in store and funny how after she talked to worker he said oh they canceled come on in. I’m furious I spent 10,000 dollars in this store last yr and I’m a hospice nurse that lives in neighborhood and can’t believe this BJs would hire lazy workers. So I’m here now and will keep you posted on outcome. Cooperate please call me I have a lot to say

This was my first time at BJ’s. It was large and clean. There were lots of interesting items.
