    I recently visited Kempsville Burn Bootcamp for a week while traveling. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and made it such a great experience. I especially appreciated how they took the time to show you how to do each exercise effectively and safely. Thank you for the great visit!

    Burn is the place to be! Self conscious about everything ??? This is the place to be empowered and get healthy!! It’s a team effort with an individual output! The staff are AMAZING!! They are so kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable! Burn has changed my life for the better I would recommend highly to anyone!!

    I’ve never been an athlete throughout my life, but I did the four weeks for $69 deal and it sucked me in to give my all. Even though I’m in the beginning stages to my fitness and wellness journey, all of the coaches are so supportive and welcoming. Thanks for all the support so far.
