I called around noon the day before to schedule a windshield replacement, and the front desk staff was very clear and transparent about pricing over the phone, including both mobile service and in-shop options. I really appreciated the upfront communication.
My appointment was scheduled for the next day, and the entire replacement only took about an hour — super quick and efficient.
I let them know ahead of time that I had a dash cam on my windshield, and they handled everything perfectly. They carefully removed and reinstalled my dash cam, as well as my oil change sticker and toll sticker, making sure everything was put back properly. That attention to detail really stood out.
And I have to mention their “employee” at the front desk — the adorable dog Vegas! Absolutely made my day.
