“I brought my truck in because i was having a steering wheel vibration, All the other shops in virgina beach could not figure it out they tell me it’s just a old truck , pungo offroad, RNR, Total offroad. etc All wrong. All the techs were friendly and professional right from the start they listened to my concerns, got it into the shop quickly, and had the problem fully diagnosed the same day. Josh did amazing with assisting me at the front desk communicating and letting me know everything instead of leaving me sitting there like most shops. Josh alone at the front desk impacts my stay i knew right when i walked in they would take care of me. These guys are great they figured out the steering wheel shake in 10 minutes and josh scheduled me for the next day. Techs are very smart.
The techs did an excellent job identifying the exact issue, explained everything clearly, and had my truck fixed and back to me the very next day. No upsells just honest work at fair pricing.
