I been with them for maybe over 3 yrs and they were helpful great customer service. After covid some employees are new and some may have left and so i think they are still helpful and great customer service I have no problem with them during covid they had doors locks so i think you had to be at the door to have them let you in and had sanitize stand in front of the doors when you walk in and you use to be able to require signature after getting your desired things you need. But after well its still around but they don't require it. So nice and they drive thru is easy fast before they add the machine with no teller. Well if you want a teller than the machine will get you one. Inside is very nice and clean and spacious since they got rid of the line things I will keep coming here to do my banking.

Worse banking system. Better off storing your money at home. Poor customer service, argumentative staff, and entitled individuals work at this particular establishment. Go with navy federal or anyone else. Like the other banking systems this one will collapse also.

Fantastic service from Katherine our loan person. Took less than 30 minutes to process the loan and get it approved.

As always excellent customer service at this Chartway branch! Kara Weaver ,branch manager (whom I consider my personal banker) was especially helpful securing and expediting my auto loan.Always a great experience with all the other team members as well.

One of the worse customer services I have ever seen. Staff not respectful. This is the third or fourth time I have had issues with different members at this banking institution over the past two years. On another issue so far over the past two years my cards have been compromised like three times. This banking institution is a disgrace which lacks any sense of security. Their systems are out of date and are redundant. And would you believe the technology went down when I was in there today. Ridiculous. Wouldn't expect anything less. I would recommend going to Navy Federal like every one else I know has.

I was sitting in the drive-thru for a long amount time. No one came out to tell me that they would be right with me or even acknowledged that I was there. I was able to see the teller but she never turned to see who was in the drive-thru. I had to finally leave. I felt like no one cared

Good in-person experience at this branch, super friendly group of people that work here. They were fast and hassle-free in printing me a new debit card.

Worst banking experience I have ever had, they change their site and app and everyone's account locks, super long wait times to call them and get it unlocked since that is apparently the only way to do it. Horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and choose someone else
