Comfort Suites Beachfront is an older hotel that could use some updating and some maintenance is definitely needed. However, it is also described as the nicest and friendliest, with a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are consistently noted as super friendly, kind, and going out of their way to be helpful. Rooms are spacious, nice, clean, and comfortable with great, beautiful beachfront views. The complimentary breakfast is solid and considered the best part by some. The location is excellent, with lots of good places to eat within walking distance. Drawbacks include occasional maintenance issues like a leaking shower, no hot water, or an elevator being out of service, and smoke from balconies can bother guests. Despite these points, many guests consider it their choice hotel.
Employees do their best to service guests. The hotel is clean. Rooms were clean. Overall maintenance is needed for a better look and feel of this hotel. It needs a bit more attention to details. Trimming/baseboards, paint, rust, slow elevator.

I always choose Comfort Suites. Free bfast, rooms are amazing and split into a bedroom and living room. We choose the ocean view. Picture yourself watching the sun rise and seeing dolphins playing in the water... Need I say more?

Best hotel breakfast I had in years. Parking garage dusty need some deep cleaning. Rooms are very comfortable and like the fact the bedrooms are separated from living room and has separate TV.
