“We couldn't ask for a better place on the beach! City view was beautiful! Room was beautiful! Could've stayed 6 days easily here it was sooo comfortable. Modern. Great staff! Valet was A1 attentive. Good breakfast and beach access was perfect! Clean place!”

This review is really 4.5. Hotel is definitely above a mid-level business hotel but not top-tier luxury.
Staff was friendly and highly competent whether Front Desk, restaurant, or building engineer.
From a few decades of business travel, easy to recognize strong management that really cares about satisfied guests.
For a concert at the Sandler Center, the location is unparalleled. Just walk across a quiet street. No stress from hordes of cars after a concert.
The Interlude restaurant deserves kudos as the kitchen and the staff cares about happy diners.
Rooms are comfortably larger than the average 300 square feet.
The three elevators are pleasingly fast.
The adjoining parking garage is free though a bit tight for full-size pickups and SUVs.”
“The Seahawk wasn't bad, it's a motel so functional but nothing fancy. Room was clean, housekeeping was awesome. We liked that we had the pool and the hot tub amenities. The view was great, we were able to get great sunrise pictures and see dolphins from the balcony. We could walk to almost everything which was really nice.”

“My daughter and I stayed at Four Points for the weekend back in September. We truly enjoyed our stay. From beginning to end, we received great service. The hotel staff were able to accommodate our early check-in. The location was perfect as it was just a few steps from the beach. The room was very clean and our view from the balcony was amazing. The restaurant inside the hotel, Jumpin' Shrimp, had many food options (breakfast is not complimentary but there is a discount for hotel guests). The beach store inside the hotel was also very convenient. Overall, we had a great experience, and I would definitely book a stay at Four Points if we visit Virginia Beach again!”

“I came here with my family and three kids. We were on the 14th floor and it was really nice. The crowd wasn’t too bad given the time of year. And a really good central place to visit a lot of either the shops the pier or just hang out on the beach. We’ll definitely enjoy coming again. Their breakfast is always A welcome blessing when you’ve been traveling!”

“We've stayed in a few hotels in Virginia Beach over the last 2 months visiting sick family member. This is the nicest, friendliest one we have stayed, that didn't make our trip more stressful. The views are great obviously. But the staff were so nice and the rooms where clean and comfortable. The reason for a 4 was that the shower leaked pretty bad, and some parts of the room were poorly rehabbed. But this will be our choice hotel from here on out.”
“Nice hotel, clean and the staff is extremely friendly. The place is kept up well. Location is right on the beach near Ruddees inlet. Only downside is the parking garage is extremely difficult to navigate in due to it is so small inside. Still a great property to stay at.”

“We really enjoyed the jacuzzi tub however the grab bars were not locked down which made getting out a little difficult. The toilet paper holder was extremely lose and we did report this. The pool area was cold but to expected since it was freezing outside.”

“We have been coming to Four Sails for years, and it has truly become our home away from home. Every year we look forward to our stay, and this past week made it even more special because we were able to get married here right on the beach.
From management to maintenance, every single staff member was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were always clean and tidy, with fresh towels provided daily and trash emptied every day, which made everything so comfortable and stress-free.
One of the things we love most about staying here is all of the thoughtful amenities and extra touches that make every visit enjoyable. Having onsite laundry facilities was extremely convenient, especially for a longer stay. The workout gym was clean and well maintained, and the sauna was the perfect way to relax after spending the day on the beach. We also loved spending time on the sun deck playing cornhole and enjoying the beautiful oceanfront views. There are so many little amenities throughout the property that really make this place stand out from other stays on the boardwalk.
The oceanfront location is absolutely beautiful, and for the price, you truly cannot beat the value. This is one of the most reasonably priced beachfront stays on the boardwalk while still providing excellent service, clean accommodations, and a relaxing atmosphere.
We have made so many memories here over the years, and after celebrating our wedding week here, this place will always hold an even more special place in our hearts. I would recommend this timeshare over any other place on the boardwalk without hesitation!”
“We like our stay with spacious 2 queen beds suite with 2 TVs. Rooms and bathroom are clean, beds are comfortable. Great location and view is amazing; plus quick access to the beach. Breakfast is yummy except they close it by 9a instead of 10a like most places. Staff are friendly & helpful. Pool is okay but would prefer longer hours.Only thing that I noticed that hotel is a bit old with older doors and elevator. Just like most beach hotels here are old but they tried to renovate most part of the building.”

Our stay was wonderful! We stayed in Room 819 and the view and beds exceeded our expectations. So comfy! The room size was great! I do not want to be misleading - reading the other reviews- the hotel was clean, but it could use a renovation. I never smelled any odors that disturbed me, and we will stay again!”

“For a beach/ocean front property this was a cheap and no brainer option. The ocean views were to die for. The sound of the water hitting the beach, magnificent.
Most everything seemed updated in our room. 414. However the door to the balcony would not lock at all times (it did look like it nay have been in the middle of maintenance). The front door looked like it didnt fit. At night on both doors the noise and smells (smoking) were thick. It got chilly a few nights and we had to put a towel down for the outside door. ?
The attached parking was very convenient. Some maintenance needs to happen on the floor we were on. Concrete falling from ceiling patching. Need more bird mesh up, there where a lot of birds in there pooping. The locked doors did not close if there was a wind, so anyone could get in. And any messes (food, cups, broken plastics) were not cleaned in the 5 days we were there. We cleaned some up ourselves.
Front Desk area is inviting and comfortable. Greetings were welcoming.
Elevators were good on our visit.
Breakfast was basic but all I needed was the coffee so no complaints from me here. The people keeping the supplies filled were very nice.
There are 2 restaurants connected on the lower level. Along with some store fronts for rentals and daily items.

“We stayed here from May 31 to June 4. We were not happy with the cable channels, there was no guide in order to see what was coming on. Called and they said “oh we have no control “Seems like they would have control . Other than this, it was ok.”
