Lol tried to drop off equipment twice on two separate days and no one was here and no one could tell me when or where this person was or when they would be back. Didn’t answer phone or paging by the store. Does anyone work here? I was told he missed 3 other customers trying to return things too. Drove 20 mins away instead.

I'm currently paying for Cox's best internet plan the "gigablast" however the service is horrible, by far the worst experience with a cable company. Cox refuses to fix the issue.

The guys at Cox Communications was very nice. Had a item to pick up and we had to wait in line for over 40 minutes. Besides the long wait I'll definitely be coming back.

Cox is literally the worst internet ever. Half as good as fios, but cost more. If it wasn’t the only one that serviced here I wouldn’t have it. I’m seriously contemplating moving just so I don’t have to deal with the slow upload speeds and constant outages.

Well service started with them trying to figure out why they couldn't get me cable, the box never worked... that was fine I mostly watch Netflix. But then I had to go and I had PC orders to move I turn everything in. I made my last payments and I thought I was good. A month later a collection agency calls me saying that I owe Cox money. Turns out my payment was returned to navy federal(I had money in the account) for no reason. I wish ya'll better luck.

Stood up by COX not once but twice, COX said we had an appointment times, when we called after the technician missed the appointment times COX said it was an all day window 8 am to 8 PM, which was not the case. When the technician did arrive on the third appointment time, I was told, "I was lucky that he showed up at all, and he damaged my property, when I asked if he would fix the damage he created, his reply was to tell me, first to make another appointment, and that it wasn't damaged because it could be easily repaired." My response was then fix it, while your here, and he said no the line isn't damaged. He cut the line to my office. I asked if it's not damaged then why don't they sell them in the store like that, and would you buy one like that, and his response was that I can fix it.

Good customer service, fast, and they even walk you to the door when finish providing the service. They should have more seating area for customers.

Customer service with Cox is terrible. Dont even try speaking with the Loyalty department. There people are very rude.

Absolutely the worst service and especially internet. If they advertise "up to 50mbps" what they really mean is "averaging 12mbps" I've had this awful service for 2.5 years and can't switch to anything in southern VA beach because nothing else is offered in my area. If there is any other provider.. ANY.. Choose them. I chat with Cox once a month about terrible internet and service and nothing ever gets done. Just the worst, run.
