Lol tried to drop off equipment twice on two separate days and no one was here and no one could tell me when or where this person was or when they would be back. Didn’t answer phone or paging by the store. Does anyone work here? I was told he missed 3 other customers trying to return things too. Drove 20 mins away instead.

I'm currently paying for Cox's best internet plan the "gigablast" however the service is horrible, by far the worst experience with a cable company. Cox refuses to fix the issue.

The guys at Cox Communications was very nice. Had a item to pick up and we had to wait in line for over 40 minutes. Besides the long wait I'll definitely be coming back.
