i am not a fan of this pharmacy because some of the staff are very rude! jessica was superb and very nice, at the drive through window. kudos to jessica, catherine, sherry, ash, peggy, and mike! they need more of a variety of products and more vitamins! shelves appear to be a bit sparse, esp. in the wellness sections of the store!

Chiming in to agree with every other 1-star review. The staff does not answer the phone and is uneducated regarding prescription policies. I often have to have my doctor's office contact them directly to resolve routine prescription issues because the person behind the counter does not know what to do. This week, it has interfered with my daughter's access to needed medication, so we are finally just switching pharmacies. It felt like this was a staffing/COVID issue for a while, but it's now been years of really awful service and zero accountability for making things right when they mess up your prescriptions.

They dont even deserve one star. Pharmacy is beyond rude and not helpful. Trying to fill prescription for 87 year old who has used this CVS for 10+years and is on Medicare plus private insurance. First told need doctor to renew, five days later when it was finally filled then told they have no insurance on file, then asking for address for Medicare are you serious??? Told me to come in or drive around because they have to help other person on line but I waited for several minutes as well and they spent like 2 minutes speaking to me then got rude and said they won’t help at window I have to come in???? Why?? Still no blood pressure medicine for my mom. Waiting for someone to call me back from corporate?!?!! 24-48 hours really??

I went to pick up some medication while very sick and it seemed the lady at the counter was not having a good day. She seemed impatient with my request to add my goodrx to my medications. She eventually handed me off to Ryan who was fantastic and so patient and understanding. I was not feeling well at all and was beginning to act out of character, but Ryan turned the whole experience around. Please give him some praise when you can ❤️

My insurance back dated a prescription for me after they messed up. I called the CVS and they had processed the prescription and the original pharmacist Matthew confirmed it was processing for pickup. I called back as I was traveling to inquire if I could move pharmacies without having it become an issue due to the back date. While a separate pharmacist Marisa told me the process( which was going to be an issue) she put the prescription on hold without me asking her to. When I then said I would just pick it up at their pharmacy, they informed me they reversed the back date as a hold. When I asked them to fix it as I did not ask her to move the prescription I only asked if it was possible without issues, she got an attitude. Not only that but put me in multiple holds as a punishment for her mistake. I was then told by her to recall my provider and surprise they called her and she said she couldn’t help me. So not only did she mess up but then had me call and go through a whole round of calls just to deny helping me. My insurance by the way was willing to help. The whole experience is ridiculous. That level of incompetence and pettiness is better suited to a toddler than a fully grown adult. I pray for her. She clearly needs it. Do not go to this CVS they will waste your time and energy as they have nothing better to do with theirs.

I was concerned going to the pharmacy looking at the reviews. I would like to say that I had a very good experience today getting prescriptions that I needed. Everyone was helpful and informative.

Pharmacy was rude and unhelpful. Was told a prescription would be ready the next day after 5pm. I came back the next day after 5 and told it wasn’t but I could wait there until the following day if I wanted. Also heard them talking to each other about me as I left. Incredibly unprofessional and I have now changed pharmacy locations so I won’t have to go back there.

Pharmacy Service was rude and no compassion at all. My wife got off at work and went straight here to pick up my sons inhaler. She was standing in the line at 5:59pm and by the time she was at the counter was told that they close at 6:00pm. Ask the lady if she could just pick it up really quick and she was like "nope" So I told her to just shrug it off and don't need that energy. It was only going to take a couple minutes for the pick up. I know they close at 6pm but she was right there at the store. I know this because I was on a video call and we were looking at the time on our phone and I even glance on my Alexa screen equipment at home. Didn't want to argue about it but since we see all this negative review, we figured that all explains it. Hope the lady there and other staff have a better outlook in life.

If I could, I would assign a rating of zero stars. Very unprofessional pharmacy practices; they can advise you to return after hours to get your order completed and don't care if customers need their prescriptions immediately or not. In 10 minutes, other CVs can complete it. Ineffective client service

Store manager's customer service is horrible. According to the CVS website, returns can be made without a store receipt for store credit. I can only assume that the young lady/man was indeed the store manager as she/he refused to give me a name other than "the store manager" which was suspect. If following CVS policies there should not be a problem with sharing a valid name. Nonetheless my return was refused without looking at the items stating that the CVS website policies were incorrect. Just plain nasty.

Cvs is a place I try use occasionally and always regret my decision. CVS stands for convenience-value-and service is I recall. I find none of these words describe actual experiences in the store. tried to fill a pet prescription here and was told after answering multiple questions (answers were all on a paper in front of technician) they did not take good rx for pet prescriptions. I have used good rx at other pharmacies before so why? They claimed because of a missing mpi number ( a number which identifies the Dr writing the order). The website for good rx clearly states the drs dea number is a replacement. Cvs instead offered to use another unknown program. Cash price was over $120 when good rx was $12 for the same item!? I declined and will go to target instead. I know cvs is generally understaffed but lack of service and high prices make for a bad combination. I went home and find on the +cvs website+ a tool for cash pricing! Why couldn't the two employees who "helped" me state this simple fact and use their own tool? My final would have been under $25?

Morgan( blonde hair pharmacy tech) is the most rudest unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Completely ignored me and then hangs up on my not once but twice while I was in the drive-thu . Had nothing but straight attitude due to them being short staffed and when I informed her that she completely ignored me in line she tells me well if you want to lose your attitude I’ll help you. not once apologizing for her rude and out of place attack. I understand you’re short staffed but talking to someone who has been coming to this Cvs for a long time to get my mothers meds is so unprofessional. I hope one day you get the chip off your shoulder!

I have been waiting on a prescription, that has been pending needing prior authorization, since October 14, 2022. I sent a message to my doctor to let her know that I'm STILL waiting for authorization. Come to find out, it was approved on October 24! I called the CVS today (November 19) to tell them that my insurance approved the medication on October 24, I was placed on hold for around 2 minutes, then was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. CVS on 4500 Princess Anne Rd needs to get it together! I understand that they've been short staffed, but what little staff they do have isn't the quickest or friendliest. If you are looking for a new pharmacy, don't choose this one, unless you don't mind extremely slow, unfriendly, and sometimes rude and unprofessional service.
