CVS has gone downhill. The techs have absolutely no compassion or people skills. Also, when they instruct you about new medication, they have no idea what they're saying. They hesitate. This is concerning.

They can be busy and the pharmacy staff can be willing to tell me about my medication as if they know better than the Doctors that prescribe the medication.
